Das Mokwheel Basalt in weiß fahre ich seit einem Jahr.
Ich nutze es vor allem für praktische Einläufe wie Postpakete wegbringen, im Supermarkt einkaufen. Und mit dem Anhänger bringe ich leicht Papier und Flaschen zum Abfallcontainer. Also ein richtig gutes "Arbeitstier". Durch den riesigen Akku ist Aufladen seltener. Und das e-Bike ist bis dato zuverlässig wie eine 1: schaltete zuverlässig, keine Korrosion und gut gefedert. Und zuletzt: dank dem starken Motor sind auch kräftigere Steigungen bestens zu meistern.

Some little scratches when delivered. Got some discount on the bike though.
Very like the bike, its powerfull and the Batterie last long. But the support of the engine could be more fine-tuned.
In spite of that its lot of fun using it!

I bought the Mokwheel Basalt and the Mokwheel Asphalt St. My wife and i are very happy with the bikes. They have a very good Quality and and are above what we expected. The Motor is very supportive but can be configured so that it fits your stile of cycling. The assembly was very easy but you should have a little experience with bikes if you do it yourself. You have to check everything so that you will not endanger yourself. I can say that both bikes where in perfekt condition and also perfektly pre assembled. I am riding the bike daily since the middle of March and it is a great experience. The only two thinks i have to criticize is the distance i can ride with one charge of the Batterie. It is around 55km to 60km. It is a lot of up and down and I use motor support berween 3 and 5. I still think that it is quite the distance. Another isue i had was with the padels. They seemed to be quit sturdy but they bent when i realy stressed them climing a hill. I bought myself some higher end padels and everything is fine. If you are a heavy and strong guy you should think about just replacing them from the beginning. Everything else ist sturdy and doesn't bend. I fully recommend the bikes. You will not get something better for the price. Another very importent think is that you musst be aware that a lot of bicycle shops will not support you when you have to do a repairs (in switzerland). So if you have to replace something you musst be able to do that by yourself with the help of the service team from mokwheel which I really.find very friendly and helpful. Go buy one and have fun.

"Mokwheel Basalt und Asphalt"

Ich habe im April 2025 sowohl ein Mokwheel Basalt, als auch das Mokwheel Asphalt gekauft.
Ich bin über YouTube darauf aufmerksam geworden und wollte es dann selber ausprobieren nach den ganzen lobenden Reviews.
Die Lieferung erfolgte sehr schnell (innerhalb 2 Werktage). Die Fahrräder kamen sehr gut und sicher verpackt bei mir an.
Im Aufbau ist etwas handwerkliches Geschick von Vorteil, sollte aber generell für jeden machbar sein. Die Aufbauanleitung führt durch alle wichtigen Schritte. Im Rahmen des Aufbaus hatte ich bereits eine Rückfrage an den Support, dort konnte mir sehr gut und unkompliziert geholfen werden. Der Support ist generell sehr kundenorientiert und bietet schnell Lösungen an, die aus meiner Sicht fair und verständlich sind.
Die Fahrräder sind gut verarbeitet und haben solide Bauteile. Lediglich der Sattel ist für mich nicht ganz ideal, weswegen ich diesen wohl noch austauschen werde.
Insgesamt sind die Fahrräder ihr Geld absolut wert und bereiten viel Fahrfreude. Vor allem, wenn man gerne etwas dynamischer auf Rädern unterwegs ist, wird man hier sehr zufrieden sein.

Hatte das Mokwheel Basalt 3 Wochen da war das Ladegerät defekt,den Support auf Deutsch eine Mail geschickt und Video das,das Laden nich funktioniert.
Keine Stunde hat sich der Support schon per Mail geschrieben sich entschuldigt und mir am selben Tag noch ein neues Ladegerät zugeschickt was nach zwei Tagen eintraf,Alles gut Ladegerät läuft einwandfrei.
Zum Mokwheel Support kann ich nur sagen weiter so 👍 nur so kann man Kunden halten.vom Basalt bike kann ich nur sagen das geilste was ich bis jetzt an ebikes hatte.Weiter so

"Fatbike Mokwheel Basalt"

Hallo, ich habe im März das Mokwheel Basalt gekauft, nach ca 1 Woche habe ich das Rad bekommen, der Aufbau ging schnell, alle Teile waren vollständig und es wurden sogar Ersatz Schrauben geliefert, einmal aufgebaut sieht man was das für ein Fatbike ist, ja es ist schwer aber genau das brauche ich 130 kg eigen Gewicht, top Verarbeitung, und lässt sich super fahren, ich bin begeistert,
