"Nikon Z lens 'as good as new' again."
Unfortunately the Nikon Z lens was delayed for 5 weeks due to component parts being needed, Christmas holidays, and then the weather, but i've finally received it today and it looks and handles like a new Z lens once again.
Lesson learned...never use a flimpsy travel tripod again.

My Canon EF 500mm mkII Lens was sent to Fixation via WEX for repair. After about a month I had an email saying that my lens couldn't be repaired as Fixation couldn't get the spare part. I phoned Canon directly who said that the lens is still an 'active lens' and the part was available. Without any discussion my lens was returned, unrepaired, to WEX. This was such poor customer service and I won't be using Fiaxtion or WEX again.

From the very first phone call, the entire process of arranging service and repairs for my camera equipment was streamlined and hassle-free. Each step was accompanied by helpful, detailed explanations of the procedure, whether the units were to be posted or dropped off.
I chose to drop off my camera and accessories at the Vauxhall store, which was conveniently accessible by train and also provided parking for those driving. This option allowed me to personally explain the issues I was experiencing. The assistant who logged in my items was incredibly knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and courteous.
The repair estimates, complete with specifications, were promptly emailed to me, making it easy to review and approve the repairs. Collection and payment were both swift and uncomplicated.
Overall, I am thoroughly satisfied with the service. The entire experience made me feel valued and reassured that I was receiving top-notch expertise in both repair and customer service.

This is the 3rd time I've used Fixation and they never disappoint. My lens's autofocus had failed, and my repair price was actually slight less than the maximum quoted cost. My lens was repaired with 2 or 3 days of Fixation receiving it, and it was back in my hands a few days later. Great job!
