They've fixed my camera & I'm pleased with it so far but not had real chance to use it properly yet,it took longer than expected & I had to keep chasing it up, they've done a very good job but was expensive but VAT is biggest problem,thankyou for thier help & very pleased.

Very professional repair service. Customer service friendly and efficient. Estimate was detailed. At the time of the repair they realised one of the items on the estimate did not need to be replaced, so the final bill was less than the estimate. Although all companies should be this honest and transparent not all are, so well done Fixation.

Repaired lens (Canon 100 - 400) appears like new again. Even the filter was looking better than it had done for a long time.Given some useful advice about avoiding fungus in future. Repairs are not cheap but a lot better than buying a new lens.

"Good service, but terrible admin"
There seems to be zero co-ordination between WEX shops and Fixation services. I emailed WEX for a sensor clean and they told me they didn't do it any more, but didn't mention that Fixation could do it instead. So I booked the service online with Fixation, but when I went to drop the camera off at the Fixation desk (fully signed and branded) in my local WEX, they said that Fixation no longer had a presence in the shop but they could send the camera to Fixation. They booked it into their system, which didn't recognise the Fixation booking reference, so they started a fresh order. They couldn't print off a booking confirmation, so gave me a screen print instead. Over a week later I still hadn't heard anything, so rang Fixation, who told me that they had my camera, but hadn't registered the service so it hadn't been completed. However, they did it immediately and dispatched the camera back to me the same day. So my camera did eventually get cleaned, but not without several false starts and needless delay.

"Fast service and a good price"
They were fast and a good price, I was having a firmware update on my Sony A1, I would have liked it if they had pointed out that the update they were performing was going to wipe all the customised settings on my camera, if they had, I'd have looked into how I could save the settings (or they could have offered to save and restore them, I'd have paid extra for that!). Very much appreciate Fixation replying to my review, goes to show what a professional outfit they are, I'll definitely be using them again!

"Damaged Canon Lens"
Discovered the damage on a Monday, chatted to the insurers on Tuesday who recommended Fixation, lens posted on the Wednesday and returned fully repaired with all the necessary documentation by the following Friday. An exemplary hassle free service on a key piece of equipment.

On item was missed when I first sent my camera in; when I raised this with Fixation, they immediately arranged for the work to be completed very quickly
