Fixation are my go-to place for repairs to my Nikon kit.
My D850 is a total workhorse and some LCD segments in the eyepiece display were beginning to fail. A quick phone call to check that the parts were still available and I sent off the camera via Wex in Norwich. The estimate for the repair work was totally fair. I had the firmware updated and a sensor clean at the same time.
A quick turnaround and a dependable tracked DPD delivery back to my home address.
The camera is performing faultlessly.

I sent my Canon zoom lens to Fixation for repair as the zoom and focus were jamming. They inspected it, provided a report and a quote which I then accepted. They repaired it and returned it. Nothing took an unreasonable amount of time. The cost equated to slightly more than a second hand version of my lens but with the knowledge that it was, effectively, fully serviced.
The bottom line is, would I use them again for a repair? The answer is an emphatic yes.

Great company, reliable and trustworthy and did a great job on my Nikon lens. Parts were an issue, throuhg no fault of their own. But what made it for me was the excellent communication throughout the whole process from the repair front desk team, and the speed with which the technicians turned the job around for repair, once the parts arrived. Very much endorse!
