"Great communication all the way from…"
Great communication all the way from arranging a collection to receiving my camera back. My camera was out of warranty when it developed a fault (circuitboard failure on sony a1). Fixation arranged DPD to collect it and shortly after messaged to tell me the fault issue. I went ahead with the repair and waited only 2 weeks before I received it back as good as new.

"Profo d1/1000 repair "
I dropped the flash off, received a quote and went ahead with the repair. Only slight issue were the Profoto parts but I was aware it sometimes takes time to get parts from Profoto. The flash was repaired and I picked it up and straight to a shoot were it performed as new!

"Camera clean went well but the colleagues on the desk are rude. "
Camera clean went well, but the two gentlemen on the desk met me with a grunt after a very awkward pause in which they ignored my very existence. Asking for two sensor cleans, I also asked if the technicians could keep an eye out for any dust in the lenses.
The gentleman on the left admonished me saying “we don’t fix Fuji”. I know that, because I’ve read your website. Explaining further met with an eye roll and “well you’ve got to send it to Fuji to fix it”.
Ok, two sensor cleanings it is.
On return, I asked for two sticky dots you recommend your website. “We don’t do those anymore” was the curt reply. I asked them then to update their website, to which the gentleman on the left said “well there’s loads of things on our website that aren’t right”, as if it’s my fault for reading it.
I’ve previously raised the issue of the website accuracy and quality of service with management, but not a lot it seems has changed.
As an example, to the date I had my most recent sensor clean, you still don’t state you have to provide a lens if you have a Fuji. I haven’t check, but presume it’s still not correct.
Look elsewhere.

"A very solid, good experience"
Everything competed as estimated in terms of price and time. Repairs carried out very well and any interaction was quick and easy (payment etc). A pleasant experience beginning to end and will definitely be using again.

"My lens came back better than it was…"
My lens came back better than it was when I first bought it (used). Took a fair few weeks to be done which was a bit frustrating but in the end worth the wait
