I enquired about obtaining a new end cap for the weather board on our composite stable door. Grace in customer services was excellent she sent out a new set of end caps at no cost. Truly a company with an outstanding customer relations focus

"Bad Service after placing order"
Placed an order for 12 Arch doors at the end of June 2022. Still chasing the delivery of some of them ( 15 Nov 2022) after only part of the order was delivered. Despite many calls, emails being given diffrent excuses, how they are waiting for template for production, factory doing the order and today supplier being blamed for delivery. Does not sound probable. Their webiste has a customer promise page with a number to call. When called after being on hold for about twenty minutes just got cut off. No responses to written complaints either. Would have given "zero" rating if possible.
After the above review I was waiting for Order processing team to call me back yesterday as promissed by one of the team. But never called me back. I called again. Another person says she is at lunch. will get her to call me back. But I am sure as on many previous occassions no one will call bacK. I wonder how this organisation is run and there seem to be no customer care ! The respose to my review asks to Find Reviewer to give more details . But cannot find this function. Ref to one of the orders is 747738. Using this option as a last resort.

"Defective door replaced quickly"
Had problems with our 7 year old door cracking and also with cobweb type marks on the door. We contacted Solidor and they asked for a copy of our original order and photos of the defects. We spoke to Steven a week later who agreed to replace the defective door. This was done very quickly and John who fitted the new door was both knowledgeable and professional .
Very grateful to Solidor and hope this replacement lasts many years.

Replacement of cassette and door furniture. Great job all round from organising the visit to replacing the part. Really quick job, no fuss and we are really happy with the work carried out. Door looks great.

Quality of door and its fittings are excellent, and the lock supplied is one of the most secure on the market. Invaluable maintenance advice is provided and the door was well packaged to prevent damage. I ordered via "Timber Composite Doors", as Solidor don't appear to supply direct to the public, and their service and attitude including that of their delivery driver was superb.

"What's going on?"
I try to do my bit with the environment etc so approached a local glazing company and enquired about doors. They advised choosing designs from the Solider website. Solider then passed the enquiry to a company much further away, a company I'd never heard of. The really curious thing is I then received an unsolicited phone call from a third company offering their services to instal my doors. What's going on? Is somebody at Solider passing enquiries via the back door? (no pun intended :0) I ended up purchasing doors made by Endurance via Safeseal, Cambridge...another local company. Sorry Solider.

I used the online ‘design your door’ tool, which was great. Easy to use and you could see exactly how it would look with different options. Unfortunately, no one ever got back to me with a quote, or to undertake the job.

"Side panels and top box different from design"
We ordered one of the solidor doors with side panels and top box. We then got contacted saying that the side panels could not be manufactured all the way to the ceiling, which was the original design we picked offered by their design app. We reluctantly agreed to change it so the top box would go all the way across to then be contacted again saying that they were not able to make the top box in one whole piece either. So now our only option is to have it broken up into 3 pieces. What is going on with your design system if you can't deliver all the options it offers!!??
We haven't gotten the door yet and already getting issues with Solidor. Really starting to regret it.
I also emailed them and got no reply back.
