Still waiting for someone to contact me regarding the door design I submitted weeks ago

Door arrived in good condition , no damage . Extremely well packed . Only 4 stars because original delivery date was 1/11 , but I do live in the Highlands and deliverys generally change carriers between dispatch and arriving here .

Filled out the online questionnaire on the Solidor website. A representative was supposed to contact contact us to go over our requirements. Nobody bothered to get in touch. We’ve gone with a different brand.

We were recommended Solidor as a quality door, so we ordered two. The whole process of surveying and fitting was professionally and superbly done. They look very good and are a real solid door. Would recommend to anyone.

Great website and easy to navigate, we used The design your own door function which was great, they put us in contact with fitters in the area.
