"Tenby Six Panel Solidor bowed after 5 months"

Purchased a Tenby six panel Solidor in January 2018 and the door has become bowed in the middle section, however my supplier has stated that this is within Solidor tolerance. No replacement has been ordered.

I would like to know how bad the door condition needs to be before a replacement is provided!
