Really friendly staff, very helpful. Ian the manager in Norwich branch helped me understand what was wrong with my clutch without being patronising. They offered a very good value alternative to the quote I had from the main dealer - less than half the alternative quoted price. I would most definitely recommend, and use again.

"Power Steering Rack is Malfunctioned"

Mr. Clutch installed a new Power Steering Rack on the specified date mentioned below.

The cost for the installation included the Steering rack, PAS Fluid, Clip, and Clamp, totaling £416.63.

Currently, the steering feels unresponsive and difficult to maneuver, hindering my ability to navigate properly. This issue is posing a challenge while operating the vehicle.

I am of the opinion that Mr. Clutch is engaging in unethical practices by overcharging customers and failing to take pride in their work. It appears that everything they do is deceptive and they lack credibility.
