"Damp and mould"

I was very impressed by the knowledge and professnilism of Patrick from ideal response soon as he arrived his reassurance was a big help taking his time to explain what the process would be and keeping me up to date during the damp and mould removal.
He was always available for any help or enquiries my all experience of dealing with ideal response was 5 star and would highly recommend them .knowledge and caring about the customer was excellent and cleared up each time before leaving

Everything from reporting the trouble to Jessica in the office to the conclusion haz been clockwork with exemplary communication and respect for the urgency of these situations. Pat came out and applied thourough, intelligent anslysis snd sound practical advice and a clear path forward. When you rely on professionals then its important to get the best, or its just good money after bad guessing at problems and patching up.

My clean was performed by Joel, Ben L, and Mantas.

And perform they did, they went absolutely above and beyond and did everything they could to bring our home to a point of utmost cleanliness. The three were incredibly professional, friendly, and exceptionally hard working. They took care with every step, and did all they could to ensure they left this house looking 'ideal'.

If there is a manager or higher up who reads this; these three are absolutely deserving of some sort of Christmas bonus or at least a cold beer or two. Stellar work done by stellar workers, keep these guys close - workers this good are far and few between.

Cannot thank Ideal Response enough for their work and correspondence with our flat in London after a serious fire.
