You guys are biggest scam in taking booking fee when flight money doesn't even go through according to you. Saying bank might have restrictions or less fund I can assure there are sufficient funds and if there was restrictions why fee was able to go through successfully

Their support is fast and effective. Even though on my first call my issue was not solved, on the second one everything went smoothly and fast. They managed to change my connection flight with no cost since the disruption was caused by the airline.

I was having a terrible experience with Easyjet customer service trying to add bags to a booking and then, finally, because the service was so bad, trying to cancel the whole booking. I was on hold with Easyjet for nearly an hour then the agent I spoke to was useless (rambling, poor English, unwilling or unable to pass me to his manager when asked) and eventually actually hung up on me!! In desperation, because I had taken out Dohop cover in case of problems with the flight connections, I called them and the experience was the absolute opposite. Dohop answered fast, every agent I spoke to was helpful, polite and clear and they were able to cancel the whole booking and get me all the money back - no fees, no arguing, just clear, helpful, polite service. Hugely impressed.

I have entered incorrectly my name while buying my ticket. Fortunately, DOHOP Team asked formally AJet to correct it; after around ten days I got the good news! AJet had told me they cannot correct it!!! While Pegasus had already corrected it. Tnx a lot DOHOP

I mistakenly booked a flight for the wrong week with Easyjet through Dohop, and realized that right after. Less than 24 hours, I got an answer from support and my flight was fully refunded. Excellent experience.

I can not go for that trip as my partner asked to stay as she has a very demanding month. I paid an extra for a refundable booking service. I asked my money back but there was no such reasoning on the list, so I choose that the date was not ok. Now they closed my claim and wont pay my ticket back.

Ils m'ont débité 2 fois pour le même vol, et malgré l'envoie de nombreux mails depuis 1 an (avec preuves, numéros de virement, confirmation de la part de la banque comme quoi les virements ont bien été encaissé) ils refusent de me rembourser et d'assumer leur erreur. Ce sont des voleurs, ne passez pas par eux et prévenez vos proches de cette arnaque.


I have been debited by dohop two times for the same flight, and despite many emails since 1 year (with screenshort, numbers of transaction, confirmation from the bank) they don't want to assume their mistake and don't give me my money back. Don't use Dohop and prevent your friend.

"Service 5* qui mérite d'être salué"

J'ai décidé de contracter l'assurance Dohop en réservant un vol EasyJet Bordeaux - Athènes avec une correspondance à Milan d'1 heure.
Sans grande surprise, le retard de mon premier vol me fait rater ma correspondance.
J'ai pu me mettre en relation avec Sid (mon agent Dohop) très rapidement et malgré la difficulté et la complexité de mon cas dû au week-end de Pâques, son assistance, son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse ont fait toute la différence.
J'ai dû reserver un hôtel et un nouveau vol pour rentrer chez moi. Ce n'est pas une agence de voyage, donc vous devrez réserver vos propres hotels et nouveaux vols si besoin mais le remboursement des frais avancés et très rapide.
EasyJet a vraiment été nul, à peine un mot d'excuse alors qu'ils vous mettent dans le pétrin, mais Dohop a largement rattrapé le coup. Encore Merci!
