I've needed assistance twice, once for my initial setup and the second time after a hard drive crash. Of course when I was under a deadline and out of time. Each time I've reached out for assistance the team at DigiCert was happy to help me. I can't say I was a cheerful person either time but they looked past that and made sure to handle my situation. I'm signing MS Access applications and it requires more than a standard install. I didn't think it could be resolved the first time, but it was, and the second time I thought I'd be stranded without the first team's knowledge. This time it was Cedric and Jonathan who helped me out on a Zoom call. Cedric wasted no time moving from learning about my issue to resolving it. He was calming and navigated me through the rough seas. Obviously, I'm pleased with the service. I did upgrade to 24/5 service when I bought my certificate. I'm glad I did because both times it was after midnight and customer service was available to help. If you're on the fence just go for it.

Regarding the WIPO registration, we've contacted Digicert before and the information we have from you is that these third parties are available for verification. As you can see from the transcript below.

I would like to share my disappointment with this process and now we are in an uncomfortable position with the client. We told them that it would be possible to use INPI and now they have to add/register the red logo in the WIPO.

"The worst part of my job is them"

The worst part of my job is dealing with DigiCert. I am a software engineer and about 80% of the time, when I contact their customer support, they do not listen to my problem and act as if they are reading the documentation for the first time as well.
3+ times I have had agents fully hang up on me.
It is like pulling teeth trying to get them to help me.
They have messed up in every way possible. It feels like the company is playing a prank on just me

Despite providing our 7 digit account ID, as displayed to me when logged in via 2FA, the Live Chat Support Agent could not find us...so no support for us!
The AI Agent at least gave some responses to possible avenues of investigation, but that also failed to provide a solution...the hunt to find a reference to their own error message in their own audit log continues...

Wer hier ein Zertifikat kauft zahlt viel Geld für extrem schlechten Service und Inkompetenz!

Ich warte nun seit fast 2 Monaten auf Austellung eines Zertifikats. Eine mein mehrmaliges Melden hat sich überhaupt gar nichts getan. Und selbst nach unzähligen Kontaktaufnahmen hat man immer jemand anderes am anderen Ende der wieder eine andere Auskunft gibt und man plötzlich wieder andere Schritte durchführen sollen, die längst erledigt waren!

Es ist einfach nur mehr zermürbend.

Ich kann daher nur jedem empfehlen, kauft nicht bei DigiCert!
