They dispatch when they feel like it.. 2 weeks for basic strains.. Other companies can do next day!
Avoid them and use a better clinc/pharmacy.

Edited, I think the pharmacy shoud be more transparent as to when your order will be processed, as I had ran out of supply, and didnt know if I would receive intime for easter, but all was good and arrived in time, I did miss by a day the cut off for easter, am new only second time ive used them, and had ran out which makes my anxiety really bad. all good now so thanks for being fast. I do think there is room for improvment with communication, and dispatch though. Thanks P .

"Great Clinic, Terrible Pharmacy"
Seems like a lot of reviews are mixing up curaleaf clinic with curaleaf pharmacy. The clinic would get a 5 star rating, knowledgable, understanding and excellent service. The pharmacy is a different story all together. Staff dont seem to understand medication at all, very, very slow service and completley unhelpful and uncooperative. Would be less than 1 star if possible, so dissapointing that even though they share the same name the difference between clinic and pharmacy is like night and day

"Alternative Medication Choice Could Be Better "
Definitely having a better time with Curaleaf recently and customer service is always good, however, once you are prescribed a medicine which works and you like, it is ALWAYS out of stock or discontinued soon after and the alternatives you are offered are generally Curaleafs own brand or other brands/strains which are usually terrible 90% of the time. Curaleafs LA Kush and GZZ aside, the other strains I have had are not great in terms of quality but understand there is obviously a market for this.
I would like them to offer more variety, I did email yesterday to see if my alternative options could be Aurora products if my prescribed medicine is out of stock as I find this the most consistent of all brands tried, still to hear back but hopefully this is ok to implement.
I've noticed that strains predominantly cultivated/packaged etc in UK, USA or Canada are of far better quality which explains LA Kush and GZZ being the only good strains I've had of theirs as is USA genetics grown in the UK. The other strains which go through countries like Portugal all seem bad with no love taken in production, small & dry nugs which is sometimes just dust and find they can have an off putting smell and taste.
Also wish more flower was non irradiated as you lose some medicinal benefits through lost terps IMO, although some beta irradiated flower isn't too bad but this is the medicinal market, not a fault of Curaleafs.
All in all a good pharmacy and company to deal with, just need some tweaks with giving the patient more options to be exceptional.
Update - Hannah sent me a very helpful email and is looking into assisting me with the alternative strains suitable for me

"Brilliant customer service "
I had gone onto the curaleaf pharmacy to make my purchase of my prescription. Unfortunately this failed and after multiple attempts I contacted support through the portal and was helped by Olivia. Olivia was very polite and had great customer service - she quickly read through my query and offered advice promptly and stayed on to ensure the payment worked following her advice. I was initially annoyed due to the payment failing and Olivia has left me feeling very happy and supported - keep up the great work!!

Had an interview with a Doctor Who assessed me and provided me with a prescription and Curaleaf can dispense it and the process works pretty well.
I needed to contact Support to raise an inquiry about whether I had or hadn’t placed an order (my boo-boo, or the interface’s clunkiness, or a bit of both) And Julie the assistant who helped me was really brilliant!
Top marks all round!
