"Ordered 12 ft trampoline"
Ordered 12 ft trampoline, no reviews on site, if I had known there were trustpilot reviews on this item I would not have bought!
Only half the package showed up, they delivered one half without so much as an email to say item was being delivered! it was left on our doorstep as we were out, completely exposed! we actually thought perhaps half the package had been stolen, but after a call to their customer services only one had been delivered, it took another call before we managed to get them to send the second item!!
The item isn't great quality, if it had been fifty pounds cheaper I might not have minded, the skirt for the trampoline is a poor fit.
Two of the holes for the legs don't match up to the frame, so it was impossible to get the net pole into the top half of the holes, one bit is screwed in because it lines up, the other part is on with cable ties!!!
The frame moves a lot when its being bounced on unlike our old trampoline which was way more sturdy.
There were no instructions, so on the phone a 3rd time!! and they emailed them and we printed them off, not ideal if someone has no printer.
No apology from customer service, they seemed dispassionate and impersonal.
I would return this item and ask for a refund it it wasn't too much hassle, I have seen from the other reviews dealing with refunds/returns seemed to be a nightmare, so I know its not worth it.
I do not recommend buying from this company.

"Pro Rider have a design fault on their…"
Pro Rider have a design fault on their Electric Golf Trolley. The locking bracket on the folding handle is too long and when in the folded position extends further than the wheels. This has the effect of ripping the carrying bag as the bracket is sharp and when carried upright protrudes through the bag.
Spoke to Pro Rider customer service who originally said we have had several complaints regarding this, only later to deny this and say they have had only one complaint. As the fault has ripped my carrying bag to pieces they refused to replace my bag or even offer a discount, their response was to put a split tennis ball over the bracket. Terrible customer service will never use them again, avoid like the plague. If you want a reasonably priced trolley try Gocart Golf Equipment, much better.
Poor response from Pro Rider
You say that the trolley should have a clear plastic piece attached. my trolley had absolutely nothing like this, so doesnt help me with my totally damaged

This company sells very poor electric trolleys. Handle broke. Purchase a new handle that didn’t come with a screen or button tabs. These are extra, even though the description says revamp your trolley with a new handle.
On further inspection it was used.
Complained via email, response was very poor.

"This company is a complete Joke"
This company is a complete Joke. They take your money and send incomplete trampolines which are Not fit for purpose. I send the trampoline back and now they are saying they have refunded me to my PayPal, when I paid with my bank card. They all seem to make it up as they go along. I have reported it to my bank and to The Citizens advice bureau, whom of which are investigating the company. Do Not order from them they are complete fraudsters!!

Customer service from Allie was brilliant. Felt very genuine and got my money back.
Bought the Pro Rider 3 Deluxe Push Golf Trolley in June and with only roughly 10 rounds of golf the lower metal bar that separates the wheels completely snapped in half mid round and it’s now completely unusable. Really disappointed as I was tempted to go with motocaddy or something at the time but thought I’d give these a go. The products just aren’t up to standard.

Brought a trolley through eBay and they stated delivery had been made when it hadn’t. Having CCTV on my property I could confirm nothing had been delivered but they say there courier is more reliable for an answer. Waited 12wks for a decision from them but I’m out of pocket £289 so I can only recommend stay away from these thieves.
Not received yet. You have stated that it was delivered and you’ve investigated the courier and you believe. Make up your min d and don’t write a response contradicting yourself. You as a company disgusts me as you do online shopping a bad name.

"Well worth the effort"
I had a long drive up to Pro Riders showroom in Northampton to be greeted by Laura.
I explained that I wished to buy a Road King Plus from them.
I was shown the model and Laura started the paperwork, I asked if I could take it back with me, yes, Laura then told Joe which colour and model, he unboxed one and disassembled it prior to putting it in the back of the car.
Everything was done in a very efficient way and nothing was to much trouble, which leads me on to say, I recommend this company to anyone wishing to buy a mobility scooter.
I came away feeling very pleased, the long drive was well with it, after all, I could have bought it off the web and had it delivered.

"Pro Rider E-Voyager no replacement parts."
I have a Pro Rider E-Voyager which the company no longer assemble. I called them today to enquire about a new pedal assist handlebar controller. I was told that the bike nor any of it's accessories are now available. Other than that the bike is perfectly serviceable but cannot be used for the want of a small component. That would be OK if they had any suggestions for where a compatible part may be available elsewhere, as I'm happy to fit it myself.

"Diabolical Customer service"
My wife's Pro Rider bicycle has failed after 2 years and 250 miles riding. Trying to contact the company by telephone is virtually impossible unless you telephone at 9.01am otherwise you are left holding in a queue-e.g as number 14! The website contact page does not work, and I am told that their technical team are only in 2 days a week, but that they cannot supply any spares for a product only 2 year old.
All in all diabolical customer service

"Poor after sales."
I requested a price for a replacement battery for a bike I bought from them some years previous. The reply I got was we don't stock that bike or any spares so we cant help you. Yet I see other bikes still for sale with the same battery on. So be warned not very helpful when something goes wrong.
