"Pro Rider Digital Electric Golf Trolley"
Just unbelievable, in this day and age to experience service like this is extraordinary. My trolley arrived in record time, I didn't expect a Rolls Royce trolley as this is about half the price of most I've looked at online, but as I unwrapped it it soon became obvious this item is amazingly good quality, looks fantastic and is real easy to unfold.
I used the trolley for one round of 18 holes and it didn't use half the battery, I did find the trolley a little light on the front end but it just needs a little weight near the front wheel or move the battery forward a bit, nothing to worry about and at my age I'm just happy to be pulled up the hills. When I came to charge the battery I thought the charger got a bit over hot, so I emailed the company to ask them about it. I had a phone call the following day from Rian and she was very keen to hear the exact details and wsa so polite and helpful, I thought she was going to send a new charger, but no, she said there would be a complete new trolley sent out, which arrived the next day. Amazing. Since then I have spoken to Tom who was also extremely helpful and organised collection of the faulty trolley. This is one of the best things I have ever purchased and can recommend 100%

Reviewing a ProRider Golf Trolley. No complaints re trolley but in the year I have had it I am just about to replace the third set of tyres, which is totally unacceptable. I have contacted the company who put it down to ‘fair wear and tear’ but as I only use the trolley twice a week I feel this is a cop out. I can only think that the rubber used is substandard and not fit for purpose. I have many golfing friends who report the same issue and the same brush off by the company. If you don’t want to continually pay £23+ for new tyres, I would suggest avoiding recommend this product.

The ProRider golf trolley arrived within a couple of days of ordering (much faster than expected). After initial use I experienced some issues with the battery, but one phone call and the matter was resolved! No quibble, no fuss & a new battery was with me within 36 hours. Now fully up and running, I am more than happy with what is a well made and very competitively priced product.
OK, the initial problem was not ideal, but the immediate no-nonsense resolution by Tom was top drawer and more than made up for the. hiccup. Customer service as it should be. Thank you

We had to return the battery from my wife's mobility scooter. Tom, the Service and Technical Adviser we dealt with, was super efficient and totally reliable. He contacted us when he said he would, kept on top of the process from beginning to end and we had a new battery well within the stipulated service level agreement time. First class.

I'd recently bought a pro-rider golf trolley bag. Last weekend when using it the seam split rendering it useless. I rang the team at Pro-Rider and then sent a brief email with pictures of the problem.
The following day I was mailed back saying that a replacement would be sent immediately free of charge and also apologies for the problem.
Could not fault the service, first class. This company in my opinion are very professional and will go out of their way to help.

My husband bought a Pro Rider E tourer bike. The stand fell off within a few weeks. He received no help with this problem. Now the control switch vital to the use of the bike has failed. It has not been damaged it has just weathered so poorly as to be inoperable. No help again from this company; on his first call he was told to try Ebay which we would have done if we knew what to look for but this is no ordinary switch. When I called on my husband’s behalf asking for help to identify a suitable switch, I was also fobbed off with we can’t help and the usual it is no longer guaranteed. Don’t they realise that we’ve all watched the consumer programs and even out of the guarantee period a part that is unfit for purpose should be replaced. A control switch on a bicycle which can’t withstand a bit of sun and rain isn’t really fit for purpose! Basically they’ve discontinued the bike, they’re not prepared to carry any spares. Eventually, after several more calls, I was given an email address which was connected to ‘alibaba.com’ to write to; no hope of a reply from there! That was the sum total of their help! A perfectly good, expensive bike rendered useless by cheap Chinese parts and a retailer that doesn’t want to know once they’ve sold it. Incidentally the bike was promoted as being made in Germany when my husband enquired before purchasing. Beware of purchasing any item they may decide to discontinue.
I suggest that anyone reading the reply by Prorider below also reads the reviews of other customers, particularly of their bicycles, who have needed spare parts. This reply is extremely economical with the facts and hugely flattering of their efforts to help.
