"Ordered feb still not delivered"
Ordered feb still not delivered! Been given 3 dates for delivery now. If they don't arrive on the new delivery date then I am going to cancel this order and get my money back! I wanted these for spring 2025 not 2026. You seriously need to stop selling these items if you cannot fulfil the orders.

Furniture ordered in Jan 2025, told delivery would be end of March, then end April, promised it would be this week and again more delays, I've cancelled my order, something does not seem right to me.

Like everyone before me I ordered and paid in full for my Rattan dining set in January 2025… I have been promised a delivery 3 times and each time given the excuse that they are having problems with their supplier … !!!!! What sort of company is this ?? I think it needs to be reported .. I have been giving them the benefit of trust but after reading these reviews I believe we have been scammed

"Gorgeous set but not hardy to UV over the years "
I’ve absolutely loved my rattan set however feeling very sat for it to be going off to the tip today some 7 years later! The rattan has completely perished beyond repair. The set has been covered and stacked every winter but years of sun exposure has taken its toll! Shame the materials used to make the rattan effect are not more UV resistant

"Appalling customer service"
Appalling customer service. I ordered a product was given a delivery date item did not arrive. On ringing I was told it wasn't in stock yet but received no apology for waiting in. Two months later I still haven't received the item costing £100 and cannot get an answer now on ringing customer service. Do not use this company

Placed an order in January 2024!!! Paid in full and still waiting for my goods. Delivery dates have been changed numerous times. The quality of their goods is excellent and would like to order dining furniture but reluctant to as at this rate may not receive it until next year and was hoping to be able to enjoy it this summer as my order last year I was hoping to enjoy last summer. Originally I had no update from them until I complained and recently because I have still not received my goods I emailed the CEO but this seems to have fallen on deaf ears. So disappointed.

Ordered on 27th December and fully paid. Delivery on 11th April but only chairs. Paid for unpacking and rubbish taken away but drivers said they only deliver.Still waiting for delivery of table 2 weeks later with the excuse that the delivery company are still sorting out.

"Delivery promises - no delivery"
I ordered on 26th December 2025 with a delivery date of 27th Feb.
Not having heard anything by the delivery date I rang and was told it would be April.
I rang again on 25th March to get a confirmed date and was told delivery would be w/c 28th April. I rang today (22 April) to be told that it would not be that week. I have cancelled my order. Waiting to see if I get my money back. This seems like a scam.

"Excellent customer service once one got hold of themOn the positive side"
On the positive side, the customer service team were always very responsive. On the negative side, the furniture was supposed to arrive in February (having been ordered in November) but I kept having to chase and it finally arrived a couple of days ago (mid April). It would have been good if Rattan Direct could have kept me updated regarding delivery
