Contacts arrived and no problem with this. But the continual amount of junk emails they sent me was ridiculous. Their "unsubscribe" service was naughty as if you clicked to be removed from all communication, I found it was solely related to contacts and not to the other products they sold - so went back and new unsubscribe options appeared. This is pretty undermining what the "unsubscribe mechanism" should be for customers and not totally aligned to the spirit of GDPR! Naughty.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses from Feel Good Contacts (FGO-2025324020355514). When they arrived, I noticed damage to the joint of the frame. The glasses were packaged in a cardboard box without anything to protect them. The box inside had impression marks on it as if it had been squashed to fit.
As the glasses were fairly expensive, I contacted the customer service team to see if I could return them for a replacement. I returned the glasses, but I didn't hear anything, and upon chasing I was told a refund had been issued rather than a replacement. When trying to repurchase the glasses again the price was higher than I originally paid.
I'm writing this review to raise awareness of the poor packaging of the products and the unsatisfactory customer service.
