"Too many red flags."

Initial contact was by phone from a number on the website. I was cut off. Tried again- cut off again. Emailed to ask if still in business. Was assured they still are and can they send someone over. Darren visited, I forwarded my drawings. Two weeks later not a word. No acknowledgement of receipt, drawings, quotes just silence. Rang to ask why and was invited to visit the showroom. Made the journey only to find Mike wasn't prepared and didn't have my drawings to hand. Some waiting later I suggested he ask Darren (who was in the room) for them. Unless I imagined it was sure I'd heard a verbal 17k quote on the phone (the reason to give them one last chance and find out more). Suspect they were looking at someone elses porch project because the quote for my extension changed to 50k. What a fiasco.

"Conservatory upgrade"

Brackenwood (Adam, James and Ricky) replaced the frame, windows and roof on an existing brick dwarf walled conservatory. Throughout they have proved to be hardworking, reliable and perfectionist in their approach to the job in hand. This is the second project completed by Brackenwood for me, and I have no hesitation in recommending the Company, their product and services.

"Great service from Brackenwood to correct a problem"

Brackenwood rebuilt our conservatory in November 2023, replacing the windows & doors and installing a solid roof. During recent stormy weather one of the windows in our conservatory appeared to spring a leak - quite a lot of water ran down the inside of the window, pooled on the window sill and soaked into the adjacent plaster in a couple of places. It had never leaked in the previous 15 months, or since. I logged a service call with Brackenwood, who called the following day to arrange a date for their engineer to visit. Andrew McClelland duly arrived on the allotted day, and quickly found the cause of the leak. The stormy weather had blown heavy rain directly onto the lead flashing sealing the conservatory roof to the wall of the house, and rain has seeped behind it and into the conservatory above the window. Andrew sealed the whole area with sealant, so we shouldn't have any more problems. It hasn't rained heavily yet, but I'm confident he's made a good repair. Great service from Brackenwood, as before when they first rebuilt our conservatory - thanks Andrew !

"Prompt service"

Had a couple of issues arise over 8 years since installation of the front and back door. Reported to Brackenwood who responded promptly, resolving the issue completely.

Have previously dealt with other companies who try and wriggle out of their warranty obligations, so reassuring that Brackenwood are reputable.

"Great workmanship "

We had Barry and Jamie come out and install French doors and 2 windows. Their workmanship was great and ensured everything was done to the highest standard. Great pair of lads, thank you.

"High price"

Had a quote for a fairly small Edwardian conservatory 3x3m and although I didn't have an issue with the sales guy - he was lovely the price he quoted was absolutely extausionate. No way will I be paying £32,000!

"New fascias and guttering "

Recently had our fascias, soffits and guttering replaced by Brackenwood and couldn't be happier with the result. Fair price for the work involved and great communication throughout. Geoff and Max who came to carry out the work were excellent and worked flat out to complete it all in a day.

We are going to use Brackenwood again for our new windows and doors in the near future, due to having such a positive experience.
