We had Troy round to report on our new build house and am so thankful we did! Found 97 issues, even really minor bits that we would never have thought to check were found. A really easy process from start to finish, and well worth the money. We were so sure we loved the house and couldn’t visibly see any issues, that we contemplated not paying for a snag report but clearly we had our rose tinted glasses on. I would highly recommend these guys, couldn’t have been simpler to work with at a time when everything is stressful.

I had a lady come and inspect my home called Helen. She was very professional and friendly but also had endless knowledge about new build properties that she shared with me. I had a lot of questions and she took the time to answer them even during the inspection which was very helpful. The inspection was thorough and she even pointed out a couple of things that would need doing just to make me aware that I didn’t even realise was a problem. Overall very happy with the experience and 5 stars to Helen and the team for the service they provided.

" New build snagging"

We had Johnny round to snag our new home, he was SUPER thorough! He was also very friendly and willing to answer some of our silly questions.. When he left we felt a lot more confident with the issues and what we should be looking for and expecting from the home builder. The snagging report was very detailed and was provided to us very quickly, allowing us to communicate clearly with the builder what we expected.

We would 100% recommend him and the company to anyone looking to have their property inspected.

We recently purchased a new home and Tony came out to carry out an inspection. He sent a text before hand to let us know the time and he was very prompt. He went about the house himself we barely knew he was there. He highlighted a few of the bigger issues that need correcting and then explained the next stages.
