"I bought the wrong sink."

I bought the wrong sink and was worried I didn’t cancel in time but no need to worry Richard phoned me and explained a couple of things which also explained the mix up in correspondence. I will definitely buy again from this company because in my opinion the customer service is second to none.

"I ordered a Franke sink in the Black…"

I ordered a Franke sink in the Black Friday Sale, as you could imagine it was a good price. The delivery date wasn’t clear so I called customer services; they answered immediately and confirmed it had already been dispatched and would be delivered on 26 (today). They called me this morning to confirm the delivery would be between 15:30-16:30 and just before 4 it was delivered. I placed the order on Sunday 24th and it was delivered Wednesday 26th with great customer service. I did see some (very) negative comments but my experience my faultless.

"The product is good as expected...BUT"

The product is good as expected.... however when the courier did not deliver at the time frame advised I clicked on the tracking provided but did not find any information. The next day I had notification parcel had been deliverd 12 miles away supposedly at my request. I contacted customer care and after a while the gentleman said that I had changed delivery and if I did not travel to collect within 10 days it would be returned and I would have to pay for redelivery.... i explained that I had no knowledge of the request to change address and if I had clicked on that option it was a mistake. This is where it got really strange, I informed him that I am retired and no longer drive and would not be able to collect, and that perhaps I would opt to cancel or request a refund, and the gent started to get really quite angry. I found it quite troubling and it made me angious as the conversation got more heated, I then chose to end the phone call.
I then decided that my best chance of getting the goods I had paid for was to catch a bus for the 24 mile round trip. When I arrived the shopkeeper could not fine the parcel at first, until he mad a phone call and came back with a parcel that had no name on it... I gave the collection number provided and only then did he agree this must be the one, but he had never come across this before. All in all I think something was not quite right with this parcels journey.
I got my purchase, the experience was not good and I would be very worried about what sort of customer service I would get should anything go wrong during the warranty period.

After been let down by a competitor of there’s I cannot praise this Company enough! they went out of their way to help me meet the deadline of my kitchen fit with supplying the correct kitchen sinks, packed extremely well and delivered on time! Thank you so much I really appreciate your help!

"Simply amazing service"

So I contacted them by messenger to confirm they had the item in stock on Tuesday at 20:45pm. They confirmed they had one left at 20:51pm!! Later that evening they responded to quite technical queries about dimensions immediately with diagrams so I ordered it at 21:03pm Tuesday. It arrived on Friday in perfect condition. I would say that was amazing service by anyone’s standards.
