"An Excellent Service"

The plan was taken out by a friend to cover his own funeral. When he passed I notified Memoria of his passing and Sarah Rowley was assigned as my contact with the company. Sarah was very competent, sympathy was genuine and every minor details seemed to be covered by Sarah. This was borne out by how smoothly the funeral went. There was even contact post funeral to check that all went well. They also provided details of a print company that would provide the Order of Service. The variety of designs was incredible and the prices were reasnable. I would happily recomend this company.

Memorial handled my late wife's funeral absolutely perfect they met all her wishes .
The Celebrant was lovely and did a lovely Eulogy for her. The funeral directors handled her with the upmost care . I would not hesitate in recommending Memoria
I hope they do the same for me when it's my turn . I won't be able to review that

I’ve never had to handle the death of someone before and my father died a few weeks ago and I found this company amazing Sam was so thoughtful and kind and very professional. The price was fantastic exactly what my dad wanted. He did not want a fuss we are going to take his ashes to one of his favourite places because this is what he wanted again. The company were professional and respectful from the start.
Sam kept me updated without being intrusive. Mum wanted a direct cremation.
I was impressed by the level of care and dignity that was provided. Everything was taken care of and I felt reassured. I am incredibly grateful .
The only thing was that the ashes took a little while to come back, which might be a problem for some. But understand why and overall very happy .
