"DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS"

DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! Pretty much aligned with the horrible customer service experience that others have said. Despite a very clear return policy, they refused to honor it...and instead of doing the right thing by at least giving a partial refund that they promised, they decided to completely ignore me. Now it looks like their sh*tty business ethics have finally caught up with them since you can't even find their website anymore.

Here's a direct quote from the only response I ever got:
"Hi Daniel

Unfortunately, we are not currently taking any returns at the moment. However, I can refund you 15% of your order and you can keep the items. The price of returning it would have cost a lot of money and would have been a massive hassle.

I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, but have been blatantly ignored. VERY disappointed in the lack of communication and horrible customer service I've received. Really a shame.

"Saber Lab over to the dark side.."

Saber Lab over to the dark side...

DO NOT BUY SABERS FROM SABER LAB
I couldn't be must more clear. We've had an absolute horrible experience and have two very sad kids who spend Christmas money on two sabers that did arrive (after a long wait) but broke after a few days. To be honest, they did work great for a few days, and they do look really good.

We contacted Saber Lab looking for a solutions. The did initially reply and asked us to email a video which we did. After that we didn't hear anything. Not even after several emails asking about a solutions to our problem. It's been about a month and a half now and I do not think we'll even hear anything.

"Received 2 Sabres for my girls age 7 &…"

Received 2 Sabres for my girls age 7 & 10. The Saber broke after 30 mins. Wrote customer-service and sent a photo. Was told I would hear back from them - never did in spite of three follow up e-mails. Now I just gave up. Money wasted.

"Ware wird nicht geliefert"

Ware wird nicht geliefert, Unterschrift über eine angebliche Zustellung gefälscht und danach trotz Zusicherung einer Gutschrift erneut versucht, Geld abzubuchen.
Weitere Kommunikation ist vorhanden, trotz Nachweise einer Erstattung, die fast zwei Monate vorher schon stattfinden sollte.

"The power of the force has left saberlab.co"

The force is not really strong at saberlab.
Still missing everything i order in beginning og december. First think i got was 3 eyelashes, and a promise that the would send new products. But nothing happent, i made a new order, and recived this pretty fast, but now they keep mixing these two orders together. They send 3 x rebelsabers again, but i order neopixel. So i am still missing 3 x neopixel and 1 x Obi-Wan, and i want my money back. I have send over 25 mails, so no service here. I dont belive all the post in trustpilot, i think they a fakes. DONT USE THE FORCE AT SABERLAB.CO

"Excellent customer service"

Great value for money. Great customer service. When one of the 3 sabers I ordered didn't work properly they asked for a video to show it wasn't working and then sent a replacement immediately

"Sabers we ordered did arrive"

Sabers we ordered did arrive, but:

Kne of the sabers was already damaged on arrival.

The sounds and effects are not properly synced with the motions of the saber and are not good. The startup sound first plays a voice line and then the saber starting sound after the saber has already been lit.

The quality of the saber itself is also poor. The charging port of the hilt easily moves around, making it difficult to charge the saber.

The blade has dark marks from the small screws used to attach it to the saber after some dueling.

The upper layer in the hilt is being scratched off, leaving white scraps of plastic on the floor when dueling.

The visuals are bad. The tip of the saber looks ridiculous and was not shown as such on the website. The same thing applies to the LEDs; each one of them is visible.

One of the sabers broke after some dueling.

Complained and was told to send photos. Sent an email with photos abd havent had a reply.

"Stellar Customer Service"

My little padawans were impressed by the master sabers they got for their birthday. The hilt has a nice weighty feel in the hands, the sounds are great and not annoying like the cheap toy versions, and the led lights are nice and glowy.

We did have an issue with the tip of one of them breaking. I emailed saberlabs some photos of the damage and Allan restored peace in the galaxy by immediately sending a replacement. That is stellar customer service!! May the Force be with you!!

"Cool sabers!"

Got two master sabers for my kids, 11 and 8 y/o. Cool Sabers, the kids like them a lot and never wants to put them down.

One broke after a little while though, the tube/blade cracked. I e-mailed saberlabs and Allan responded quickly and got me a replacement. Great customer service!
