"Purchased boots FLY London from Schuh VERY DISAPPOINTED! My review not there? "

Purchased an expensive leather boots by brand FLY London from Schuh website and one pair was crinkled a lot from trying by some/perhaps for the person that boot was tide in size. I’m not even talking about scratches that also present around boots! It crinkled that much that I can tell this boot is ready to crack as soon as my mum will starts wearing them. Very disappointed as it is a gift and fly abroad! I haven’t noticed in the evening and sadly pulled label and I didn’t have time for exchange or refund. I was leaving review twice on schuh but it’s still not there why?! I can’t leave a date of purchase because there’s no order history in my account WHY? but I do have an email confirmation.

I took my two boys who both have autism
The shop was very busy noisy and had loud music on which was causing my sons to have meltdowns

Sadly I didn’t get the name of the male member of staff who kindly approached after he had clearly noticed my sons struggles

He asked me if all was ok? I explained my boys struggle with noise, the man then offered to turn the music off to which I agreed and thanked him!
He turned the music off then ensured we were served quickly and efficiently

All I can say is THANK YOU! Your help and perfect service helped my sons and made it a much more bareable experience for them

"Broken boots after 5 days, unacceptable"

I bought the Shellys London jupe boots in black last week and the sole and heel have already come apart after 5 days of light wear, the shoes are worth near 70 pounds and I am so disappointed, they're so comfortable and so pretty I expected much better durability than this. In addition, the customer service I have received as a result of this issue has been appalling, I expected a full refund as shoes should not break in this time and instead I was told to send my 'faulty' pair back when we all know the quality is indicative of sweatshop labor and cut corners. Feel free to reach out to me Schuh, looking forward to giving you my order reference to authorise my refund👍

"Customer service is non-existent"

Customer service is non-existent! Bought two pairs of shoes using Klarna and had to return them. Was refunded half the order (one pair) and the other pair seem to have gone 'missing' without a trace, despite tracking showing that both pairs were delivered safely to Schuh returns. Contacted Schuh by email and chat several times, have been promised it would be sorted and still heard nothing. So I still owe Klarna a payment and can't get through to Schuh. Has put me off using Schuh online.

Bluewater assistant Tobi. Excellent service. Tobi was very polite and helpful and gave me time and space whilst I tried on two different pairs of shoes and dithered over which pair to get. Thank you, excellent!

My daughter had custom insoles made and she needed both school shoes and trainers, which is a lot of work for any parent with a picky teenager. So we headed to Bluewater and Paige came to our rescue! She was amazing! So friendly and helpful. Suggested different things to help and styles that were right on the money. Her product knowledge was impressive, and she seemed genuinely happy to be at work. We had such a wonderful experience, after spending days dreading this shopping trip, I can't thank her enough for making our whole day far less stressful than I was anticipating. Definitely heading back next time I'm in need of footwear!

Nach 8 Monaten bei den Nikes meiner Tochter ist die inensole sowas von aufgerissen bei normalen tragen es gibt keine Reklamation 25% hat man mir angeboten von 47euro und das nicht von alleine erst als ich schrieb sie sollen die Entscheidung nochnals überdenken,normalerweise wollten sie mich einfach so abkochen, naja das können sie auch gerne behalten! Ich trage meine nikes 4 bis 5 Jahre und da sind die solen noch völlig ok.

"Good to have the option for exchange"

I had one of the smoothest experiences with online shopping when I ordered a pair of shoes—they arrived in less than five days. However, when I ordered another pair for my husband, the sizing was off, even though I selected the correct size. It would have been great to have the option to exchange them instead of just returning for a refund. The return process took a bit longer than expected, with the shoes taking nearly 12 days to reach their warehouse. I’m hopeful that the replacement pair will arrive in the next few days.

I would just like to say I went schu in Romford yesterday and today I can honestly say what excellent customer service I received I felt like they should score 10 nothing was to much trouble it's not often you go into shops today and get this excellent service particularly to the young man and lady with dark hair very well-done
