Visited the Newcastle store today . Everyone was very friendly and Lucy served me and my two children.Lucy was great with kids and helped us get measured and find the right trainers.

Also ich kann nichts negatives mitteilen. Ich habe am 30.01. Converse All Star Madden in Grau für 35€ bestellt und erst im Nachhinein die Bewertungen und Rezensionen gelesen. Hatte schon die Befürchtung das ich zum zweiten Mal auf eine Facebook Anzeige reingefallen bin. Gott sei Dank hat sich das nicht bewahrheitet. Die Schuhe wurden am 06.02 mit UPS geliefert. Original Karton und die Schuhe sind so wie Sie sein sollten. 👍🏻

Paid for next day, items not delivered, contacted customer service who said next day is not available on the selected items. Why offer it then? Customer service is shocking! Will stick to office & JD in future. No wonder the reviews for SCHUH are awful!
