Ordered a pair of Steve Madden trainers (£94.99) in store for home delivery. The trainers arrived as planned however on inspection, one of the trainers laces were untied, the packaging had been left out of the trainer and the boxes lid was damaged, clearly a tried/returned item. I have written to Schuh and certainly will not be using this store again in future....I think the expectation that your goods will arrive in pristine condition (did I mention that they cost £95!!) is now blind hope that the person trying the trainer on BEFORE we gifted to our daughter didnt have athletes foot!!....Bye bye Schuh!

Christmas present order for my daughter, made on Dec 16th stock showing available, advised on the 18th nil stock, order cancelled and refund.
Item now sold out everywhere, extremely disappointed and frustrated with Schuh as a company, sort your business/stock system out!!!
Looking at their previous feedback, appears you have a 50% chance of a 1 star experience and with no responses to comments, it also appears they are past caring.

The shop in Truro didn’t have my size but said if I ordered them there they would be delivered to my home address next day, guaranteed.
Two days later and the shoes haven’t arrived. I’ve received one email from evri giving tracking info and my parcel isn’t even out for delivery.
I wish I’d asked which delivery company SCHUH use as if they’d told me it was evri I wouldn’t have bothered buying the shoes.

Ordered a pair of full price UGG funkette as a gift for my sister, I received them in a plain non-original box, in used conditions and with no tissue paper around them or anything!! They honestly looked like a knockoff from Aliexpress!!
Disgraceful!! Returned them for a refund.

"Terrible returns process"
It took me many weeks to get a refund for a pair of defective shoes. After receiving the shoes, I returned them using their online returns facility, and they were picked up by their courier.
The shoes got lost on the way, but I wasn't too worried - the courier was arranged by them, and they were recorded as having been collected. Unfortunately, their customer service representatives acted as if they had absolutely no information about this, and kept on having me act as a middle man with the courier, despite them having been the ones to make the arrangement.
It seemed they endlessly needed more information. What was the tracking number? What did the courier say? How many items was I returning? All this despite having arranged the return using their website.
They even claimed to have sent an email closing my case, despite me having received no such email. It was only after I wrote an annoyed response to this that I finally got a refund. I would not recommend buying from Schuh.

I had a fantastic experience with Schuh, I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews. I ordered a pair of boots and they arrive on time, in perfect condition. Not just that, but after I ordered my boots, I realised that I wrote my delivery address wrong by mistake. I contacted their customer support and they answered and resolved my problem immediately. I will buy from them next!

I ordered and paid for a pair of boots as a gift, they were not delivered, there is some sort of delay and no information. I have emailed and was recommended to get hold of them by social media. When I contacted them by social media I was advised to go back to their contact page. I tried to use the online chat assistant on their contact page but all unavailable.
