I’m absolutely thrilled with Agent Provocateur! The products are luxurious, beautifully crafted, and truly special. Given that shipping comes from the UK and returns can be a bit tricky (and at your own cost), I was especially grateful for the fast, friendly, and solution-oriented customer service – it really made a difference. A great experience overall!

Good day,
I would like to highlight the excellence in customer service I received, at the Brickell City Centre store, during the Art Basel weekend, last December.
I had a marvellous time in store that day.
First things first, Safiya greeted me as soon as I set foot in the store that afternoon.
I appreciated her professional tone and she was not too friendly.
Throughout my visit, she demonstrated excellent product knowledge, she facilitated communication, and while she was readily available to me, she did the same for other clients walking in.
While she was very attentive to my requests, she also made herself available to her coworker.
From my overall in-store experience that day, she demonstrated a real talent at client-relationship building.
Moreover, Safiya displays a work ethic that is rare; it shows that what she does she wants to do it well.
I was so well advised in measurements and sizes in store that I will order online.
As a first time customer, I had nothing particular in mind walking in but I ended up buying ~$2,000.00 USD (I’m from Montreal, Canada).
Happily my spendings were well received at the board meeting once I got back to our room at the Four Seasons.
I hope my review makes its way to your head-office.

Great customer service from Shanice, I had an issue with a refund and it got dealt with quickly and with a really clear explanation as to how it would be processed

"Paying Postage for Items Not as Described & Refuse to Refund"
I am disappointed with my most recent experience and subsequently will not rush to shop online again. My order was not as described (colour did not match description) and I resent having to pay not only for the postage for the goods to be sent to me but the return postage as well. Under UK law this should be refunded but AP are very cheeky and will deduct this from the refund. Whilst overall a nominal amount for both of £12, I suspect they do this as customers cannot be bothered to argue with them and so get away with it. Emails are ignored and it is not possible to speak to anyone on the phone.

Had a delay with my parcel and the customer service assistant was very helpful and understanding. I think the way AP cater to their customers is amazing and more companies should follow suit. Very happy with the service and I always love my lingerie when it arrives !!

Very good customer service. A had a question, got an answer within a couple of hours, ordered and after a couple of hours after ordering, I already got a tracking number for my shipment. Very fast! Very friendly!

"Be careful with vouchers and returns!!!"
Products are good, fit is also nice, arrived in a nice package. But I’m really disappointed because I had a £80 voucher and I used for a really big order over £500. I kept most items (worth more than £400) and u received back my voucher?! I understand that the voucher can’t be returned in cash per se. But I kept most of the items and of course wanted the voucher to be used on that purchase! In what world would customer service decline such an ask???

🚨 SCAM WARNING: Agent Provocateur Falsely Claims Returns Are "Dirty" to Deny Refunds! 🚨
I have been shopping online for many years and rarely return items unless they truly do not fit. Unfortunately, Agent Provocateur’s misleading sizing forced me to return two bottoms and one of them is swimwear bottom—both brand new with tags and hygiene stickers intact—because I couldn’t even pull them past my hips!
However, when AP received my return, they falsely claimed one of the bottoms was "dirty" and "stained." To make matters worse, they even sent me a picture of a clearly worn and dirty item—something I never even tried on properly, let alone wore! I never peeled off the hygiene sticker, yet the item in their photo was missing it. This raises serious concerns that AP is TAMPERING with returns to AVOID REFUNDS!
Looking at the reviews here, I see that many other customers have had the exact same issue. It seems like a pattern of deceitful business practices—AP falsely claims returns are "dirty" to scam customers out of their money. They intentionally do not provide measurements on their website, likely to increase returns, knowing full well they won’t honour refunds.
⚠️ If this has happened to you, DO NOT let them get away with it!
Contact Consumer Rights Protection in your country and file a formal complaint.
-Dispute the charge with your bank or credit card provider (chargeback).
-Report them to Trading Standards (UK) or the relevant consumer authority.
-Leave reviews on Trustpilot, Google, and social media to warn others.
-Take legal action.
This is unacceptable, unethical, and borderline fraudulent! I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company.
Instead, I highly recommend Honey Birdette—they provide excellent customer service, high-quality products, and treat their customers with respect.

"Absolutely shocking customer service"
Absolutely shocking customer service. My partner bought me a corset for my birthday. Sizing should have fitted but was sadly too small. We went to return the item for a refund (they wouldn’t let us exchange it). They have refused the refund on the basis that there is a ‘mark’ on the corset. The corset was tried on once, after I’d had a shower and used no lotions or potions. It was in pristine condition upon return as I was super careful with it - with all tags and straps still attached as bought - so where this ‘mark’ has come from I shall never know. Absolutely furious. Do not purchase from this company!! It seems like refusing refunds on spurious grounds is a common theme!!
