My check in was a little rough, my gps took me to the church across the street when I put the address for this complex in. I wasn't sure which building I was in when I made it here. The instructions said to use the Landing app to unlock the door, it should be updated to say you need the Latch app to open the door. I had to call the emergency line to get access with a temporary code. The instructions also said my door was the second on the right, which it is not. It would be nice if there were essentials, such as toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, more washer pods and dishwasher pods for longer stays.

Other than that, the place is clean, it's a nice area it seems. Parking is safe and easy to find. I love the amenities, the gym and pool as well as an area to clean your vehicle. Price is reasonable for what you get. I would recommend.

Now the apartment itself? Immaculate. Not just clean — like, “this place looks brand new” clean. It exceeded every expectation I had. The furniture is sleek, modern, and perfectly curated — no mismatched hand-me-downs or worn-out couches here. You literally just show up with a suitcase. Everything else is there, ready to go.

This is the kind of setup that makes you wonder why you ever rented the old-school way. I’d recommend Landing to anyone, hands down. It’s been nothing short of amazing.

The apartment was just as described as well as the pictures. Check-in made simple with very detailed instructions. Michelle, the Manager in Huntsville was very proactive in assisting me to find a place in Cleveland, to be closer to my Mother, who isn't doing well. She definitely went the extra mile for me and I so appreciate it! I would highly recommend the Landing!

"Great neighborhood! "

This was a great neighborhood! Went running for about 3 miles for two days to check things out! Very lovely!
The complex was very quiet. Was weird checking in online, I was not comfortable giving out my personal info but once I realized that’s how I check in, made it easier. F er lt weird going in yo the asked office but then it all clicked.
Communication was a little slow when trying to connect to the internet but I did get an answer. Then the pool was closed & was not communicated about those available to customers. Nice amenity to have. Parking was busy but always found a spot!
Did I say quiet! So quiet. It was clean but I’m a cleaner so see everything! Love the checkout list, very helpful!
