"I went to the USA last July for a…"
I went to the USA last July for a couple of weeks on holiday. I had a minor accident and apply for the insurance after I paid up front. I applied last Summer, it is now near Christmas and the claim is not been fullfilled yet. Incredibly slow to answer emails ( but very fast taking your money). Asking for more docuemnt a bit at the time, maybe they dont have employers or they should be trained better. Still waiting for a simple compensation. Really not impressed. Avoid at all costs.
