"Insurance not paid"
Paid for insurance to cancel ticket for any reason, cancelled ticket for a reason less than 48 hours later and well in advance of flight date, did not get refund therefore scam. NEVER pay AXA for anything, ever. They are a scam.

"My Tour to Israel was Canceled and NOT Covered"
My tour to Israel last year was two weeks after the attack. Our tour was canceled but you wouldn't protect my expenses because you stated they 'technically' are at war and war isn't covered.

"Explain the plan better"

The process of purchasing and returning are very easy.
I wish you could extend the travel insurance to be more than 90 days.

"My experience actually was terrible"
My experience actually was terrible. I had a horrible when visiting a small island off the east coast of Africa. I was admitted to hospital which was really a clinic for 5 days and had bimaleoral ORIF surgery. Nobody spoke English and AXA provided me with no assistance. Then I was expected to find my own hospital. I could barely walk, had a 26 hour trip home to California with no medical assistance. No one would help me to the restroom or help me to get down the aisles or get around. When I got home an extremely large FORD EXPEDITION was waiting for me. No one would help me get in our out of it. I had to crawl in the floor boards and then pull myself up. When I got home I had to beg the driver to help me to the door along with my suitcase because all I had was a walker.

"Never again"
My claim was denied in spite being told by the representatives over the phone and email because the hospital I had to use overseas refused to provide any documentation at the time of discharge. I was told "don't worry, we have ways to work things out". Yes you do, Claim denied is how it was worked out. My last email was not even answered by no one in the company.
