Just for context. The German Consulate had asked me to provide proof of travel insurance beyond just Germany. I had earlier spoken to one of your agents who said AXA unfortunately doesn't provide insurance for more than one country. As such, I had no choice but to cancel my Gold plan. However, a few minutes after the cancellation, Jonathan phoned me and assured me that AXA could do what's required for me. He provided the Schengen Certificate for me. What more could I ask for? I am really happy.

"Life saving experience by AXA "
It was a life saving when I have this travel insurance during my trip to Greece n Turkey! I had my foot accident over a year ago in Turkey. I slip n fall on the sandy ground during the day tour in Cappadocia. Luckily, I have my travel insurance. Otherwise, they won't admitted me to the hospital n the surgery. And no one speak English in the hospital. Fortunately, there is a interpreter. They have arranged to to the emergency room for my broken foot. Long story short, I got a surgery because I have 4 broken bones. I have to stay at the hospital for 10 days before they discharge me. AXA has sent a travel nurse n rebook a new ticket for me to fly out from Cappadocia then to Istanbul to fly home to New York. I was well taking care during the transport between airports...n finally back to home safel
y. The travel nurse they had arranged to take care me all the way. It was amazing! Although, I have to go through so many phone call..keep track n follow up. I Thanks for the AXA team n the travel nurse to bring me home safe. My foot took almost a year to recover. And i Thanksful that i can walk, dance n travel again.
