This company will go to any length to get you money and keep it, even though they cancelled my holiday. They are legally bound to refund deposits but continue to refuse to do so. The glowing comments are utter lies. You have been warned!

Folks, please be wary of booking accommodation through this company. We had booked up for a stay on the isle of lewis this year which was cancelled (by the company, not us) due to Covid-19. They are now stubbornly refusing to reschedule the trip or issue a refund to us, leaving us out of pocket and are now taking advanced bookings again for future trips. To say their customer service has been appalling is a massive understatement. My advice would be to steer well clear of them.

Clearly have a LOT of unhappy customers. Also, note only glowing recent review by Robyn S, who curiously is listed as a former employee....

"Cancellation due to COVID19"

Absolutely disgusted by the lack of interest or service when our holiday was cancelled due to COVID19. No contact from the company whatsoever, we had to email the ourself. when we tried to rearrange or postpone our holiday they were not interested. We wanted to reschedule our holiday for a few weeks later so that we could spend our money on the original destination and cottage. Only received 50% deposit back after quoting bbc watchdog. Disgraceful do not use this company.
