Needed to speak to someone to sort out my account, and Freddie fixed it within minutes. He was helpful and friendly - great service. I’ve always found the customer service team to be one of the best parts about co-wheels. Sure, the being able to pick up a car for a couple of hours is great, but having a helpline which connects you quickly to a real person for any queries makes it even better.

Vehicle had low charge when I picked it up. Cost me considerable amount of time trying to locate a fast charger to recharge. Was really late for my appointment This happened Three weeks ago and I’m still awaiting them to answer my complaint.
The interiors, especially the floor’s are rarely cleaned.
Competition is increasing for this company, so they had better get their act together!

Despite numerous inquiries, my smartcard has not been delivered to my address in the last three weeks since my profile was verified. Additionally, besides the registration fee, I noticed that I paid a month of subscription fee today. What have I received in return? Nothing. So far, it's been a waste of money or there are some words to describe this kind of situation where you pay to receive the service but you have nothing in return. I would not like to use them here. According to their website, smartcards are supposed to be posted via 1st class mail and should be received within a few days. However, each time I inquire, I am asked to wait another week for the mail.
