I can never find a car in my locality available. My local car is booked out weeks ahead. Are people making bookings just in case and then cancelling before the two hour cut off? I don't know weeks ahead, I want to be able to book a car same day. Does not seem possible to do that.

Great customer service and I love having access to cars without the burden of ownership. I’m disappointed that so many of my local cars have been replaced by petrol MGs. I think you should be promoting use of hybrid and electric cars. Please bring back the Toyota Yaris cars!

Co Wheels is the best car share company in tthe country, the cars are great, the staff are amazing and the operation is absolutely top quality, they really know what they are doing and i am DESPERATE to get them back again in Norwich and chuck out that awful enterprise organisation who are completely useless and dont understant the concept of "car sharing" after 8 years with co wheels , i am in a major depression with enterprise, so much so that I have been put on BP pills , and i do not jest. The staff at co wheels are a breed unto themselves, they are kind, knowledgeable, friendly and i know them all by name..well done all of you, Gareth, Josh, Rachel, Sarah, Jackie, you are all bright shining stars in my book. thank you, from Lynn Lockhart

I am a big fan of the car club in general, unfortunately the service is absolutely unreliable especially if you rent a electric vehicle.
I have been using Co Wheels for 3 years. In my experience every third to second booking of an electric vehicle could not fulfilled as planned.

Unfortunately a unreliable service is no use to me.

Can highly recommend CoWheels based on my experience in Harrogate. Excellent fast response from customer service when needed, the booking app is easy to use plus cars are in convenient locations.
