I am immensely grateful to Gareth at Co-Wheels Support for helping to reunite me with my wallet which I accidentally left on the bonnet of the car while paying for parking. He took a call from a passer-by who found it and arranged for her to meet me and return it. This could never have happened with a private car! Thank you, SO much, Gareth and Co-wheels. 😊

"A Useful Way To Be Mobile"
I initially joined Co-Wheels to see what all the fuss around electric cars was about, when I realised the Aberdeen area also had hydrogen cars, as well as hybrids, I went out just to test them all. Since then, I have found my Co-Wheels membership very useful, on days when my own car is in the garage being serviced, is broken, or like current times where diesel is £1.989 a litre and it is cheaper to take the electric car than put fuel in my own car on a long journey.
I have had a few small issues, neither of Co-Wheels doing. The first was a car that had not been returned in time for my booking, which was quickly and professionally dealt with by Co-Wheels, and occasionally I find electric cars that have been plugged in by previous members, but not had the charge activated correctly, I feel placing a fixed/permanent guide on how to charge in a more obvious place in the car would help, as well as a ‘live’ charge level stated on the app for the electric cars.

"CoWheels threatening me"
I rented a car yesterday that didn't have a charged battery and it died during a trip to the Bristol airport. It was not fit for use, I got stranded, and now Co-Wheels is threatening me with large fees and cancelin my membership if I don't taxi back to the car and meet their service people. Threatening me!? Co-Wheels handling of this is absymal.
The car was rented more than a week in advance to pick up my partner who would only be in the city a few days. This is an important visit! There was not enough charge for the trip, and there wouldn't have been time to charge it and make the pickup.
There was no way this car would work for the basic trip.
The car lost power on the a-road so I pulled into a safe neighborhood and called CoWheels. They requested I stay with the vehicle until a tow truck came, but my partner was waiting at the airport and we had reservations (made weeks in advance) - I had to take a taxi. This would fine as they knew where the car was and a tow truck could get in with their service.
Today, they are requesting I go back to the car and attend to towing, though they are not able to give me a specific time. There's a GPS on the car and they can remote unlock - why do I need to be there! Why do I need to fix the problem their inadequate service caused.
CoWheels service has severely let me down. I had to pay for alternative transportation last night. Now they are threatening me if I don't take time away from my guest to deal with their vehicle. And I need to taxi back!

Had some trouble with a booking while using a car to move house, and Chris was fantastic and on call for the duration. Helped me to resolve all issues, despite being out of hours, and needing multiple calls.

Co-wheels is an excellent organisation, and if you run into any issues, the telephone support is outstanding. The cars are computer controlled so they can tell you exactly what to do.

New to Co-Wheels I had mixed up my bookings and panicked as I desperately needed the car to complete my trip, and the advisor Hannah (Chat facility) was prompt courteous and very helpful, all was sorted in minutes, I cant be grateful enough, as without the support would have jeopardised my whole trip. NB: Other companies, having a human behind chats, and not a chatbot is invaluable.

"Good service with amazing customer service"
Very good service and amazing customer service. I signed up and used the service within a couple of days. Had many questions which were answered quickly. Even after my booking ended, I had a query about the charges, the team provided excellent customer service. I will continue to use CoWheels as it is a good value for money,
