"Great customer service"

It was easy to join and provide the initial documents. However, because I have an EU driving license, I had to provide 2 more documents that I didn't notice. After uploading, I contacted customer service to ask for help in speeding up the process since I needed the car that weekend. The person replying was very helpful and ask the Approval team to check my case right away and they send me the card with priority mail for me to have it in time. Great customer service.

"This seemed like such a great idea"

This seemed like such a great idea; I joined the Enterprise equivalent but this was cheaper and with closer cars to me. But two weeks after signing up my account isn’t active and I can’t get through to anyone for help from customer service. I’m not *actually* convinced this company is operating.

I joined the club for 6 months and was satisfied for the first 3. My bookings for the recent 3 months have been kept being cancelled in a day or two before the dates. All with an excuse of out of service or tire change. I have been charged for 3 months without being able to use their service at all. My advice - Avoid this company. As you can see there are similar complaints here. I don’t know what’s happening to them but am definitely cancelling my membership.

"Unreliable"

I joined recently. Everything was fine with my first booking. I made my second booking weeks in advance, then received an email the day prior to say that the booking had been cancelled, with hardly any explanation (other than "car has been removed from service") and no apology. The help information online says that if the company cancels a booking they will arrange an alternative vehicle. They have not done this, all the other vehicles in the area are already booked, and it's too late for me to arrange with a conventional car hire company - so I have had to cancel the birthday trip this car was booked for.

I've learned my lesson: you can't rely on this company. Will be cancelling my membership as soon as I can summon up the energy to deal with their customer service line.

I was a new user and got very good experience about fuel, car unlock, smartcard mailing from Harry. The customer service was great with quick response. My account approve in 5 mins after submitting the required documents.

There really helpful and it seems almost crazy how easy it is to drive away in a really nice car do what you need and park it up for so little money. Even stuff like filling up is weirdly easy. I'm a massive advocate, the more people use it the more choice there is. The online support has dealt with any questions.

Great social enterprise for anyone looking to hire a car from as little as half an hour. Hired a few now and it’s been a very positive experience. The customer service is very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Just sorted out a quick query with Harry which was sorted out in seconds. Excellent company all round

Customer service folk are usually very friendly. Spoke to Harry today and he was very helpful.
The website could do with some improvemenst though, but it's still usable.
