Used to be excellent but recently in our area in SE Cornwall if I try to book online I am now greeted by ‘no appointments today- try tomorrow’
However if i wait in an endless phone queue for my gp surgery- the admin team will book a Livi appointment within a few days
Conclusion - Livi no longer offer on line booking to individuals in my area

Booked an appointment and managed to get one on the same day. However, got messages of the appointment being delayed several times due to appointments running over. Waited over an hour now and finally received a message saying it’s now been rescheduled to tomorrow.
The app sent me messages about my appointment being delayed but when you click into the message, it just disappears so it doesn’t go into an inbox or anything. Overall very frustrated and disappointing experience.
At least if I tried to call my local gp, I’ll know straight away that I won’t have an appointment instead of waiting around for an appointment that doesn’t happen.
I had also called their support line and they said my appointment was going to go ahead today. Absolutely rubbish experience.

Appointment was made immediately and seen that day. Only a 15 minute wait in a very crowded appointment book. GP was very good and forwarded my requirements to my own surgery immediately.

It was quick and easy to use once you have set it up. You do have to ask your doctor's surgery to share your digital records with a third party before it will work. Once you have done that and gone through a list of questions to clarify why you need to talk to your GP, and appointment can be made or you can simply opt to go and a waiting list. I chose the waiting list and had my appointment within 15 minutes. The appointment discussion was just as would have expected from my own doctor. I was really satisfied with the whole process.

Talking with the Dr was fine but trying to book an appointment on Livi is almost impossible as always seems to fully booked for the day and you can't book beyond! Beats the object really.

Informed and visually direct consultation with a GP who is able to prescribe. Very straightforward to use.
