"highly dissatisfied and feeling cheated on placing the order with this company"

I ordered few products (with online payment in advance). got the products with lower value instantly but the product with highest value (80% of total value) is still not delivered even after 30 days of order placed. wasted time on calling up their toll free no. and written multiple mails were sent but of no use/no response. Highly unprofessional company I have come across,.....
HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO TRY THIS COMPANY!!!

"Broken item delivered. No customer support. No replacement"

I bought a massager and a broken piece was deliver after a month. I had opened a replacement request and it's not looked at even after a month of raising it. No customer support phone contact. It's a big time fail. Don't ever buy from zotezo.

"Big frauds won't deliver /answer on ticket or email"

Friends , please don't buy anything from them as they will not deliver it and they will not reply to ticket and email.

I have received broken juicer and same was intimated to them. However, no response was received . they do not even allow negative review of their product.

"Lovely Offers with Avg. Services"

I am a customer of Zotezo since last 6 months. Their offers are great but they should have a strict customer protection policy and should have a strong hold on their sellers. It takes 7 - 8 days to deliver but the product quality is good.

"AVOID AS A CURSE"

The customer care service does not respond.You get very delayed dispatches if you are lucky and you may not get even .The other reviews are just apt and correct. I am going to drag this company in a consumer court. Please send your similar complaints to me.
The ranking system here should have minus rankings..They will get-10 or more. AVOID ZOTEZO IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO REPENT.
