"My Mother Loves You Zotezo"

Yes it is my first review on but I am not new to you Zotezo. I have made several purchase from you since last 6 months.
My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs to visit doctor periodically for routine checkup. I remember the when I visited family doctor several month back, probably it was June, he advised to check the Blood Glucose Level at home and to keep a track on it. He also informed that many small digital machines are available in the market. So it was the time to bye one. As an internet savvy, I started searching on the internet.
Since it was my first time to use such kind of machine, I was little conscious to not waste money on some worthless product. This was the first time I landed on Zotezo. Since it was offering a branded blood glucose monitor, 'Johnson & Johnson One Touch SelectSimple Blood Glucose Monitor' at half price (more than 50% discount, MRP 1300 approx and offer price 600 ), I though to give it a try. I ordered it and paid the money by PayU money. Then after I started to look about the company on the internet and saw mixed reaction of the people. Some said good..some bad. You know it happens. After one week I received my order. The product was genuine and same as shown on the site. Then again, I got a call from them about the confirmation of the delivery.
It was a nice first time experience. Since Zotezo is brand which offers many health related products, I though to buy some additional products for my mom and other family members and you know still I purchase from them. Why not! If they are giving good products on discounted rates then of-course. Now some times my mother makes order from zotezo, alone :D

"Satisfactory Experience :: People Are Good at Zotezo"

This is my first Zotezo review. I landed on this website through Google search for branded products discounts, but purchased something else. Because it my first purchase from Zotezo. I searched for reviews. In the beginning, I witnessed some bad reviews and then..you know...something was holding me back. Because the deals were good, so I thought to give it a try. On 25.11.2016, I had to visit my next door neighbour on her cutie little girl's birthday. She is 3 only. Therefore, for a birthday gift, I was looking for a light weight, cute and safe toy. I purchased a Hello Kitty toy from Zotezo and for security purpose I selected cash on delivery option. It was just a try and I had already purchased a frock for the little angle. I made this order on 18.11.2016 and the delivery was scheduled on 23.11.2016. After three days I got informed that my product has been dispatched. I started expecting the shipment in the next 2-3 days. But when I didn't receive the shipment by 23rd Nov eve, I had to call them. The Customer Care No..... Always engaged... Finally after 10 minutes of continues effort, I got a chance to speak to the CC. My mood was so upset that I had to give a gift and still I was waiting even after making the order 6 days in advance. I said to CC whatever..I was angry..
The Customer Care lady was so humble, that she didn't say any word. She just assured my that the shipment has been dispatched for delivery from their logistic hub in our area and I would receive it soon. She said that she would make it sure to the deliver the product on the next day. After such sweet assurance, I waited. On the next day, in the afternoon, I got a call from the delivery boy that he was searching my home in our local area. Finally, I got the shipment from Zotezo. The packet was nicely packed and toy product was intact, in good condition and same as it was mentioned on the website. After about an hour I got a call from the CC lady and she confirmed about the delivery. I was so sorry for the poor CC lady. I talked to her very rudely. I apologised to her and again she was very humble.
Thanks to Zotezo. I am now a happy customer of yours and will recommended you to my friends and colleagues.

"Fraud"

Zotezo is a big scam.. I bought an electric kettle and they gave it without its base coil through which the water boils.. This bloody company is all about fraud.. and so cheap that they'll fraud you for as cheap as 2 rupees.. They've build a fake site and everything is fake about Zotezo. Please beware if you don't want to lose your precious time and money.
Buy from some other site for a bit more price but don't ever fall for Zotezo's discount or offer. They sell broken, used, incomplete products and they'll loot you.

"Fraudulent fraudulent fraudulent .... that's it"

I have been a vendor on this dropshipping company for 2 months now, have received 5 orders and shipped them as per theirs schedule but what did I get in return nothing. They only have a sales channel and to phis in new vendors.
They do not make any payments to vendors , you ask for your payments and they have all the excuses ready.
They do not have any logistic company in fact have tied up with small couriers in towns and they do not pick up the orders for 2-3 days.
Their vendor backend panel is pathetic and you wonder from where did they get this software.
There is no real time information available to vendors and every time you have to mail them to know the actual status and that they will not respond.
They charge shipping from customer and also vendors.
Their commission is tooooo high at 25% and in return their services are zeeeeerrrrrooooooo.

Would advice all vendors thinking to join ZOTEZO to pl stay from this bogus dropshipping company.

"Do not trust this web site"

I have ordered one Qubeplex 12 v wet and dry vacuum cleaner and when I received the product it was not working and also noticed that it is not belongs to the qubeplex brand. I made a request and filled a RMA but still it is pending since 15 days. I did not get any reply from the support team. This is not customer service. I would like to request the zotezo company to be faithful with customer and be committed for their service.

"Don't even try to order"

This is the worst e-commerce site. They sent me some other products than I ordered. It had been 4 months after raising replacement and they don't respond to emails or phone. Now their number also doesn't work.

"Daylight Fraud"

It's an absolutely fraudulent company with zero ethics and no sense of customer service. I have ordered Davidoff on 8th Sep and till now there is no udpate on the product. Customer service doesn't give any response other giving a standard reply that your product is on the way.

Today 23rd Sep, I get an email with tracking no. that doesn't provide any details.

They don't even let you cancel the order. This company is running a daylight scam.

I bought the product at just 129 rupees whereas the MRP is 578. No other company can provide such a great price with quality as well. You can buy from a variety of products at a great price.
