I have ordered 2 products on Zotezo and was little worried after seeing the reviews as I placed it as a prepaid one. But within next 4 days I got both my products and all it's a properly sealed and genuine one. I also got Zopoints which I will utilize for my next order. I'm very happy with their service. Though I faced a little issue with the tracking system but when I called on their customer care no they guided me every time..

I had ordered 2 bp digital bp instrument on 16 th sep , 18 ( oreder no 100111330-1) .. i have still not received it ..even no updates or response from ter side till now.. i have already paid 1700rs and received nothing.. even mailed and called but no response.. feel so it is a fake app want my money back... worst app

"Seems to be a fake site...."

I placed an order for a Ortho Sandel Hawalker HD 03. I was directed to PayU payment Gateway. The system responded saying that transaction had failed. Meanwhile, I received SMS alert from My Bank that money has been debited and the reference number was also provided.

I sent a mail to the company. The customer service rudely informs me that I need to produce the transaction id else they cant do anything.

I suspect this is some kind of fake site. On the web site there is NO INFORMATION about the company. No mention about grievance redressal.
