"Can't trust the site"

Hi Zotezo,

I found that most of the customers who had made shopping from this site are frustrated. And this thing is not only with you but with all the sites like you which are new in market and want to capture the whole market by giving such offers and when it comes to delivery and service these sites have been found very,,very low. I was also going to buy few items above 1500/- but these reviews have made me to cancel my order. Now it's up to you that how you guys can make your service better so that the people could trust you. I would request you guys to instead of giving big offers, try to improve in commitments(i.e. delivery) and service. Thanks.

"Bad service and no delivery"

The Zotezo guys do not even deserve a 1 star as their service is the most pathetic i have encountered. I had ordered a juicer vide order no: 100020913 on 18th March with the delivery details as in 6-8 days. I wanted it to be gifted it to my aunt who had visited us for a few days. The product has still not been delivered and they do not have the decency to even reply to a high priority ticket i had raised on their website.

Moreover as they did not have a cash on delivery option available i had paid the whole amount through online payment.

Please do not buy any stuff from their website as you will be at a loss.

"How to deal with zotezo.com(fraud company)"

They cheated me for Rs 3600/-, it's been more than a month with no news. Customer care does not respond.
I was thinking how can someone cheat us in broad daylight and we are not able to do anything??
I suggest everyone to try this (worth a shot):

Go to your last undelivered order, reorder it, only this time give "cash on delivery", if the order comes to you take it and just give the remaining 49/- rs. and tell the delivery boy that you have already paid for the remaining, since he represents the company, he should be able to deal with it. (Otherwise you'll not get any response if you call customer care or mail them)

"Finally there was a response.."

only a month before i had reviewed the portal Zotezo.com, i was completely confident that there won't be any further response from the portal, however i received a mail after few weeks giving me the tracking details of the courier. after 11 days of that mail, i finally received my product. though the amount was petit, my issue was with trust factor on the company. unknown of the reason as to how this has been possible, i'm relieved to get my product but with such customer service i doubt that i will think of purchasing any thing from the portal ever again.

I have purchased 2 items from Zotezo.com on 18-Mar-16. Till date my order show the status as "Processing" on the website. I have not received any intimation as to whether the order is dispatched or not.
Its pathetic service. Having worst experience.

I have raised a case (Txn ID - XPD-619-89466) the their Helpdesk. But that also is open till date and I do not thing they have anything called as customer service department who checks the complains.
It feels that I have been cheated and the site is making money by cheating customers. Shame on you and your company. No business sense and does not understanding the word customer service. They should be banned from operating.
Hope you read this and reply/contact me thereby avoiding my experience to be bitter.

"Did not receive the order"

No response from them..order status is still processing !!!

We placed order for Kitchen Scale on 07-02-2016.
Full payment for this item was paid on 07-02-2016.
We were assured early delivery of this item.
Unfortunately, till date (29-03-2016), we have not received this item.
It has been almost two months since we paid for this item.
The company is neither replying to our mails nor they are attending to our telephone calls.
We are unable to understand as to why this company is behaving like this.
We are sure that this is a FRAUD company. This company keeps taking money from the public and shamelessly does not supply the product or refund the money.
Very strict action is required against this company. this company should not be allowed to fool any more public.

"Atrocious service!"

Haven't had such an experience with online shopping ever. Your calls and emails go unanswered. In a world where customers have become extra cautious with their buying prophecy I am aghast to know that such sellers still exist!
I will ensure they are dragged to the Consumer Forum.

Not delivered the ordered item. The worst thing is, they don't attend your calls and reply to your queries. Please don't order. Authorities should ban this site and take action against the company.

I had ordered online some items .After two week they had not deliver my product .Called so many times to customer care number no body responded .even emails .I suggest to you please avoid to purchase from this types of websites .Need to be fully banned.
