"No delivery"

my order 100063426-1 was placed few days ago and i got a message saying it would be delivered 4 days back and i have still not received my order. Furthermore when i call customer care no one picks up and i have tried several times.
I would like to talk to the manager or a supervisor immediately because this is absolutely unacceptable.

"Non-delivery of product"

I ordered Johnson and Johnson glucometer on 29th January 2017 seeing their ad in Times of India. My order number is 100062544.
Their mail said "We are pleased to confirm that your payment has been realized for the order below. The order has been processed and will be dispatched to you shortly.
Once the product(s) have been dispatched we shall send you the shipping details to enable you to track your order(s)."

But no further information about the status of the order till today. I mailed them twice and also called customer care. No response from the former and no one attends the call.

I am worried if I have lost my hard-earned money to them.

I have sent a query on the email provided no reply called on their customer service no. No reply..raised a query on their website no reply... this is the 1st time i ordered from this site and i will not recommed any1 to order from their site again!! Horrible service irresponsible people managing it .... i should have read the reviews of others before placing the order😠😠😠

I placed an order last Nov 26th( order ID:100050798) and it has not yet been delivered inspite of me writing continuously to their customer care and their customer care no. is not reachable too.There has been no updates on my order.worst service ever

"Irresponsible site."

I placed an order number 100057619 dated 07-Jan- 2017 for "Baidyanath Prostaid" on prepaid basis. After non-responsiveness of the site for three days I sent an email query to the site on 10-Jan-17. Till date I don't know the current status of my order. Today I tried several times to contact on telephone at suggested number but number is always engaged.

I place an order on 6th Jan.. Order no.100057544.. Still no reply of email .. Customer service number doesn't work, no email regarding shipment .. Don't know they send it or not.. And best part is they charge the money.

I ordered some items on 6th Dec 2016. Since then my account was not accssible, the phone given was never possible to reach. More than month now, not any info any more, except the one when they received my money succesfully.
Actually there must be other rating to grade- negative stars. This is not acceptable. If they dont send the order, then they must refund the money.

"Worst customer service support"

I ordered an item from this site and after 10 days I got the delivery only to be found it damaged . Mailed them but no reply from their side and when I called them then they asked me to send photos of damaged product.
Since I was unable to check my email they just rejected my RMA request without even once calling the customer regarding the same.
After trying to call them many times I got my RMA accepted they told it will be get done in next 48 hours . It's been 4-5 days I'm still waiting to get the product picked up . I just don't know how many times I have to call them to get refund since they don't reply to mails . Can't even order from other sites since my 1000 bucks are at stake.
Please don't order anything from this site it's the worst e commerce site I have seen with very poor customer support.
