I have ordered "one touch glucometer" on 1 sep 2016, I got my product day before yesterday, they are taking some time to deliver the product, but the product & packaging of product was very good, Also I got the product at lowest price..comparing to other online sites.., my experience with zotezo is good.

"PATHETIC WEBSITE"

I placed an order on ZOTEZO on 01-05-2016 for three products after seeing an advertisement in Times of India newspaper for which only a 2"*2" image was available which was completely delivered on 28-05-2016. Hence, I created a return for the last product on the same day. But, so far no attempt of a pickup was made. Whenever, I called the customer care there was no response except some new mail to be done for the return on the product.
This is the worst website to order from. The level of dissatisfaction ranges from delayed delivery to vague return & refund policy. I even offered to send the product back on my cost but so no comments on that as well. So I request you all to kindly NEVER ORDER from this again.

I had ordered from this website on 6 June, none of orders are deliverd till today.
When I wrote a review about them on google reviews, they immediately called on 16 June, and the following day my review was taken down, they mentioned they had logistic issues hence couldnt processes my order. Their call center is useless as go on hold until you have to drop off until your phone bill exceeds your value of products purchased. ONLY GO FOR COD !!! for these fellows.

DONT ORDER this website is a scam ! I had ordered from their sale to check out stuff becasue the deals were to hard to resist !. My order was placed on 6th June, as it turned out it was too good to be true. I lost Rs 271 and nobody bothered , it is 23 June today and there is no delivery of any orders nor is there any communication what so ever !. Furthermore their call center doesnt pick up the phone or even if it does your kept on hold forever until you drop off dur to your phone bills. I have attached screenshots to my order. Furthermore when I wrote to them saying if you do not refund I will post a review they were not bothered !. I really hope this helps other NOT to fall prey to deals that are too good to be True ~ I learnt it the hard way !

This company exists to make money fraudulently. They take the order and money but never deliver. Calls to the telephone goes to VM. No one responds. Shipment info provided is wrong and no such tracking number. No response to our complaints.

Surprising, how bold these people are to pull off such a heist and still continue to publish attractive advertisements in leading dailies, week after week; only to fool unsuspecting customers!

even i have been cheated by the ad placed in the newspaper. A payment of Rs 1200 has already been made by me. If i call them no one recieves the call. no reply of my mails. plz advice wat to do & where to complain. They are cheat now i can see so many reviews, can't we alll together can't take any step to take up the isssue to consumer forum so that they may be banned in India to stop futher people to be cheated. plz advice me how to recover the payment made or to get the items ordered. My order no is 100025601. every time i complain to them on their website they only forward me a ticket no & no action in this regard is taken.

"Fraud ! its a scam"

Ordered an electric kettle worth rs 799 from zotezo on 17th april. Saw the reviews of the site , they were bad but the price was low so opted for cash on delivery at an additional charge just to take a gamble. They sent me a tracking number on 19th. The estimate was to reach till 24th. The product reached my city on 23rd but it was handed over to VENDOR , not me. Its 26th and yet no delivery has taken place. Three calls, three mails, no response. Even the calls go to voice mail. Zero support. AVOID ! AVOID ! AVOID ! . DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE ONE PAGE ADS . ITS A FRAUD SITE.
