"Worst ecommerce site"

I wished that i could give them no star. Please consider it as ZERO. I got the shipping time of a week and on following up on 7th day i got to know that the product has yet to be dispatched. I cancelled the order and its been more than 7 days i am waiting for my refund of money. Their customer care is pathetic, their number is always busy and you will not get chance to speak to anyone. You email them and they close your ticket without giving you any solution. In short, PLEASE DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.

"Frauds cheats did not reply to me at all nor delivered my item and took full payment from me"

This is regarding a very URGENT and TOP PRIORITY parcel which is STILL PENDING to be delivered to the address in order.

I had placed this order from Zotezo.com on 8th December.

Today it is more than 15 days. Order is still not delivered to the address.

As you can see from below mail, it is Shipped by: INDIA POST with Tracking Ref No: RD116883071SE

I have tracked this. and in the website, it says delivered to KALKAJI office and then to Delhi office.

where is my parcel??? it is to be delivered to the address in CHENNAI as mentioned in order.

WHY IS IT IN DELHI????? WHEN WILL IT REACH CHENNAI????

I have put many complaints in India post and no response.

Pls reply immediately.

Appreciate a quick response. At least by today, item should be delivered to the address in Chennai.

"Don't buy any products from this site"

I haven't had such a Bad experience with any of the online site. i have purchased 3 products and what they show is one product and what we receive is another product. they have only one customer service number which will be engaged from morning till evening. absolute waste of time and they don't even have the courtesy of calling back or reply back even after giving complaint.

now i don't know what to do. Don't get cheated by buying any products from this site.

"Good But Long Way To Go"

I ordered a Trimmer from Zotezo in October as I had to gift it to my brother on his birthday. After 2 weeks the birthday came and the trimmer was waiting in shipping. After following up through emails and telephone calls, finally I got email address of their CEO. The action was quick and the trimmer arrive on the birthday itself. They need to make their system more strong and the delivery time should be good. Good Company. Good People but it needs improvement. That is all what I would say about Zotezo.

"Damaged product but got replacement"

This was my 2nd purchase from Zotezo. I purchased weighting machine from them. The packet delivered on 8th day after the order. When the order came the packed was completely damaged and when I checked the weighting machine, it was completely different which I ordered. They must have checked it before the delivery of the product. Immediately, I made a cancellation of the order and requested for a reverse pick up. Next day the pick up was arranged and I got a call from their customer care team and email from care at zotezo.com
I requested them for the refund of the money. They said that they have already credited to money to my account in their site Zotezo.com and I could request for bank transfer. It was fair enough. Because of the good gestures from the Customer Care team I purchased Olay anti aging cream and the order delivered at the right time.
I have one suggestion for them that they should check the product before delivery and they need to strengthen their delivery network.

my order number is #100051679. I mailed them several times and called up but all in vain. They told me that the product is not available, so I asked them to replace it with an alternate product of same value but no response at all from them for the past one month. never trust this site. They ate my money. I have heard that the operators of this site are from Delhi :) and you know how "delhi wale" are... frauds!!!!!

I came to know about Zotezo through a common friend. It is now 2 years and I have made several purchases from Zotezo. And I do bcoz I am health conscious person and they provide good health products at discounted price. Only there is one segment where they need to improve..and that is the delivery time. Sometimes it take more than 2 weeks of time. I think they really need to work on this.

not recived yet no response of tracking and no report of product paid money via credit card no product delivery yet reported to consumer forum for getting either product since it was prepaid or instant Refund

"Good Option to Buy Health Product"

I have made purchase from Zotezo for my favourite Zym equipment including Protein Shakes, Push Up Bars, Weight Machine. I am happy that I have bought these from Zotezo. They are offering quality products at cheap price. I would certainly recommend zotezo to anyone who wants to buy quality health items. One more thing, they are offering best products on Sunday at damn cheap price. You should check their site on Sunday...My suggestion..

Order No.100049409 dt. 20.11.16, still not delivered. No response for mails sent to Care e mail id. Customer care No.08100007777, will not get any time even after trying more than 20 times. I doubt the genuinity of this company.
