"I ordered for accu check active strips …"

I ordered for accu check active strips on 11.12.17 and made payment through paytm. They promised delivery in 7-8 days. So far no information about shipment. There helpline does not work at all. I should have read reviews before placing order!

ordered 2 X Dr. Trust Smart Body Composition Monitor Fat Analyzer & Weighing Scale on 12th november 2017 and got the cod option. the delivery was scheduled today i.e. 25th november 2017 but i was not available at my home. had to get it delivered to my neighbour paying Rs. 2847/-. after i opened the package i found out that ZOTEZO THE FRAUDSTER took cod for 2 quantity but had only shipped one product. I wonder doing so many fraud how TIMES OF INDIA is still listing their advertisement. ZOTEZO do check this review, people are spending their hard earned money on your products and you fraudsters are cheating them. Just be aware a large group of people are on the way to hold on to your necks and remove their money.Called ZOTEZO THE FRAUDSTER customer care more than 30 times since noon. still the executives are busy on calls. i think their GFS/BFS also calls on their customer care helpline.

Zotezo is the worst!!! I ordered Jaipan hand blender after seeing their advertisement in Times of India.. But i did not read the reviews of the site before making the purchase.

The product delivered was already used and had oil on it.. I send them the pictures and multiple emails. But they did not reply nor resolved the issue.

Their customer helpline no also was not working at all. Thne i read the reviews on google and everyone had the same complaint about their slow and lethargic customer care /helpline team.

No 1 fraud company luring people by advt. They generate courier tracking number without dispatching material. My order is pending since 25.2.17 that's 45 days. They sent tracking number on 25.3.17 but material is still lying with zotezo just an online fraudster

I have placed order 1 Week before and still the Order status is showing pending. I had a really bad experience. Highly unprofessional company. Its a cheating company/website. Don't relay or buy product from this site. Beware!!!

They are crooks, they take order on prepayment and then stop responding. I request all other readers who faced similar issue to form a group & file a case agains Zotezo, I will take care of all legal aspects.
