I have ordered one product from their site but still didn't get back my money. I am chasing their customer care from past 2 days but without any luck. I didn't get even a chance to speak to their representative, they themselve disconnect the call without connecting you to theor representative. Such an awful experience.
Dropped a mail to their customer care too but again of no use.Haven't heard back from them. Don't know when they will return my money and whether they are going to return or not that is the main concern of mine.
Pathetic site guys, please don't put your hard earned money in this substandard poor site.

I have purchased BP meter. I received it badly damaged condition. I informed immediately and successful registered RMA. I am waiting the mail and person to take back and change it with working BP meter or refund my money.
It is cheating online firm. Customer care number is useless, always showed line busy and directed us to please call back after some time means no one attend the call of customer intentionally. Usually all online dealer will call back but not Zotezo..
I said, it is fraud online firm.
We must report it to PMO complaint portal to take necessary action against zotezo.

"Zotezo's total apathy"

I had placed an order for davidoff product in may 2016. Amount paid Rs. 2,524. Order no. 100026947. Till now neither the product is delivered nor amount refunded. The company does not respond to complaint filed online. It is a torture to get through the call centre help line. And even if one gets through there is a standard reply that the matter will be sorted out shortly.

Imagine the order date is 26-JAN-2017; it is more than 15 days and NOT a whisper from them; I wrote to their "customer care" e-mail address and try to talk to them thru the number given. Nothing worked.

Thanks to their big advertisement in Times of India, everybody is cheated here. Zotezo,pl. send me the product or refund my money.

Its more than 5 days Status of order show , order placed.
No further update, called customer care more than 10 time during office hours no response. Only one reply all our cc executives are busy and disconnects the call.

Is it a fake site ?????

"INSENSITIVE & UNRESPONSIVE COMPANY"

I had placed an order for three items, the cost of which was Rs.754.00 which was debited to my Paytm account at the time of placing the order that is on 27th Jan 2017. Today is 7th Feb and I have written 4 reminders besides uncountable number of calls but there is no response to my queries. Having found no response, I checked up with Paytm and they also confirmed that the payment has been rightly made to the merchant. Now the order No. #100061707 at Jan 27, 2017 (₹754.00) is still not delivered nor the company has bothered to respond. Should I assume that this is a fake site and all the full page advertisement in the Times of India were only part of a bigger plan to lure and cheat the customers. Never place any order on the site as the company is very insensitive to its clients or may be a fake one.

Received a mail from zotezo so called 'customer care' on 10th february, confirming that my pending order will be dispatched latest by 15th february, still no sign of product or dispatch details. They claim product was out of stock however they still gave advertisement in times of india every week offering the product prominently. This only confirms they are taking customer for ride. Is this not fraud????

They are fraud. Order no. 100060473 never got delivered despite taking payment. Never respond to customer after they receive yr money. Call centre executive always busy. No response to emails.
