I wish I had read the reviews before switching to Yuno. The Sales department call you and call you ever after you have switched asking to become one of their customers. Once you have switched, you get the worst customer service ever. They even refuse to give you the simplest general information without confirming all the account details. I have worked in customer service and for general information confirming all the details was never needed. Their bills are far from being transparent. I'll be looking for a new provider soon.
