A lovely guy came to the door to tell us about these services, we were sceptical but our whole neighbourhood had a least one service done. These guys were professional and absolutely lovely from start to finish. We had cavity wall and still haven’t put the heating on. Couldn’t fault them, and didn’t cost a penny.

Had Cavity Wall insulation completed a few weeks ago. The team that came to do the job were extremely professional and were able to answer all of my questions without 'waffle'! The job was completed efficiently and the holes filled with a mortar that matched our walls perfectly... i know where the holes were, but i am pleased to say i really struggle to see them now! Really happy Thank you.

A big thankyou to Dyson energy for insulating our walls.Turning up on time and very efficient.up until now I had always been put off the idea but after being correctly informed of the benefits of the new products used by one of their surveyors We decided to go for it and I'm glad we did.The house just feels so much more homely when you walk in to the warm.we used to have the heating on all of the time and as soon as it was off the house would be cold in no time but now the heat stays in and the walls feel lovely and warm.

Getting a new boiler is a mine field. Dyson have helped me every step of the way. Ian the engineer was very professional and installed the boiler in no time. Was on hand to offer advice when i asked. Would highly recommend this company.

"Had a new boiler installed in nov 2016…"
Had a new boiler installed in nov 2016 under the government scheme for people on low incomes. Great or so I thought when 3 years down the line and out of warranty I start having problems. I have British Gas homecare so assumed I’d be covered but upon inspection from British Gas they told me the problem was down to the boiler being incorrectly installed, chemicals not being added to the system and also a filter not being fitted. Not having a filter fitted allowed all the sludge to build up and clog up the heat plate on the boiler and this wash not covered by British Gas under the homecare. So I contacted dyson energy to question why no filter had been added to be told by customer services that they are not obliged to fit one.( EVEN THO IT SAYS IT SHOULD ON THE BOILER INSTALLATION GUIDE) and she would forward my complaint to a manager who would contact me but from past experience and what she had learnt he wouldn’t be able to help me!!! I asked if that meant they had similar situations to my problem then and she quickly started backtracking saying I was putting words in her mouth even tho that is what she said. She also said I should pay for it to be fixed by myself. Eventually I got a phone call from a manager and he told me exactly the same thing so basically they will take the government funding to supply and incorrectly fit a boiler that is supposed to help people for it to pack in when warrant has run out. TOTAL CON I’m now going to be out of pocket fixing their mess but will be taking my complaints further
