"Do you even company????"

If I could give a lower rating than 1 I 100% would.

This is in relation to the insulation services you have carried out.

I'm not sure which age of the people you employees at your company but the work they have carried out clearly hasn't been done by anyone older than 4 years old.

ON TWO OCCASIONS!!

Your employees have trampled over the fresh grass seed and lawn that I have spend hours working on. Now you can see the beautiful foot prints of the apes you have working for you all over my lawn.

Yet you would think this would be it. No it isn't you have thrown everything that wasn't nailed to the ground around the garden and again left items on the lawn in which to kill said grass I was loving and caring for.

I hope you don't just do just housing services as I would now like you to sort these issues you have caused to my garden.

This hasn't been good enough at all.

"Please avoid at all costs"

Please avoid at all costs! They were contracted to put a heating system in our home through the warmer homes grant and all we had was abuse, intimidation making my poorly husband cry.
They bullied there way to complete the job how they wanted and caused damaged to our home. They told us we were not worthy of the grant.
Never been treated this way.

"Air bricks cemented up!"

The surveyor failed to note that both of my air bricks, in kitchen and bathrom were both in use, so when the man came to carry out the insulation he cemented up both air bricks! I contacted Dyson as soon as I noticed this and within a couple of days they sent a team out to replace the air bricks. Everything was dealt with very quickly, politely and proffessionally but shouldn't have been missed in the first place, hence 3 stars.

Gary and Dave in Portsmouth were fantastic. Did a real good and clean job, patched up other jobs on the walls too!
Just wish their head office communication was a little better.
All in all 100% recommend.

This company is absolutely amazing, friendly team that are more than happy to help and will work around any issues that you or them may fave, will always tell you what's happening so your in the loop and you know what's going on.

awful...quoted nil to pay 4 cavity wall insulation & boiler ...assured several times no cost to me. ha ha ....got walls done then they won't do the boiler until i give them £600 ...joke. phoned several times to sort this out ...left messages for origional surveyor to call me....silence....I'm guessing 3 weeks to answer is asking to much :( I guess this company will pocket the rest of the grant & give me no boiler :(

Very impressed by the whole experience of having loft and cavity wall insulation installed by Dyson. Very knowledgeable and efficient surveyor who was thorough and polite and set everything up with good humour and efficiency and then two sets of excellent and hardworking installers who worked with very little mess and great thoughtfulness. House is now noticeably warmer and hopefully will bring our energy use down.

We had both the loft insulation and wall insulation done. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and the overall service from the engineers who attended our home were very professional and polite. They carried out their work socially distancing and wearing masks. 10/10 would definitely use this company again.
