Used Dyson to have my cavity wall insulation done for free! They told me I qualified for funding under The Great British Insulation Scheme and while I was scepticle, it’s all installed and I didn’t pay a penny! They were very thorough, even checking the ventilation in my house. They even installed extractor fans for me.
Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and informative.
My house is no longer drafty!

Had my cavity wall insulation installed under GBIS by Dyson. Great service throughout the entire process. They identified some ventilation needs that were done through the funding too which was great!
Overall happy and looking forward to saving on my gas bill!
Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great service.

Was a little sceptical at first, seemed too good to be true getting free cavity wall insulation, particularly as it was via a cold call at my door.
However, the process from start to finish was great. We had to have a couple of visits to fit fans and vents before the install but this too was free of charge.
Really professional service (even my dog liked the guys that came round and she hates everyone)

Had a boiler installed with no problems, though the man who started the job got sacked after 1 day for poor quality work, years later where they cut through my roof which was only 18 years old some tiles fell off, i had it examined and they have botched the job, i contacted them and they have now blocked my email adress, i will be issuing a claim through the courts.

Absolute shambles of a "company". Can't tell their arse from their elbow.
Visit one - house survey advises two fans to be installed and cavity insulation.
Visit two - fans installed. Cracking wall plaster and destroying renovations. No apology or compensation provided.
Visit three - cavity insulation installed. Installed into the fans so then the fans no longer work. I had to CHASE for acknowledgement of this.
Visit four - fans re-installed. More damage done to the house. No apology or compensation provided.
Visit five - more photos required. Workers don't turn up at first, have to chase.
Visit six - more photos required. Workers don't turn up at first, have to chase.
Visit seven - more photos required.
Visit eight - more photos required. (Don't ask me why they're so incompetent at taking photos).
Visit nine - one of the fans that the original survey said was fine is actually not fine and needs to be replaced. Electrician now drilling into my newly plastered bathroom. Assuring me it won't cause damage but of course it will.
Can't wait to see how many more visits these morons need.
Wouldn't trust this company to hold a pair of scissors let alone conduct DIY in a house. Avoid like the plague

"Awful installation of ventilation fans has damaged property."
We recently had the fans installed by Dyson Energy Services ready for our GBIS loft insulation. The work carried out is shockingly bad and has damaged my property.
- The tiles in the bathroom around the fan have been cracked.
- The men have cut into an original brick arch over the kitchen window. They did not tell/ask me despite me being in the property.
- The fan in the top WC has damaged the surrounding brickwork which has been left as a gap. This will allow water to enter the wall when it rains.
- They have cracked ceiling tiles upstairs while installing the wiring.
- There are also marks in the ceiling downstairs where damage has been covered up with sealant.
- One of the men asked if I had any cement as a "brick had popped out". He had to go and buy some to cement it back in.
- I have received no paperwork regarding the fans (which are awful looking by the way) As these are electric items wired into my home should I not have some information about them? Are they pac tested? Who makes them? Who do I contact if they stop working? Currently have a complaint filed with Octopus Energy who have contracted Dyson to complete this work and have asked for removal of all products and wiring. Absolutely awful.
