"Let Down"

Booking was made 06/01 for 13/01, recieved a call on the day to say that only 3 tyres had been delivered and were not attending and they couldn't confirm a new date for fitting. Pretty poor service from RAC

"Tyres fitted OK"

Tyres fitted OK. Asked fitter for a receipt, he said my contract was with RAC Tyres, he only fitted them on their behalf. Yes agree. Requested a receipt from RAC tyres, nothing, just simply automated reply, but no receipt. This should have been generated when the tyres were fitted.

"Appalling service"

Appalling Service. Ordered four tyres. Fixed an appointment time with fitters. Arrived to find the tyres hadn't been delivered. Emailed RAC tyres, but so far, no response.
Three days later the tyres STILL haven't been delivered. Tried to call RAC tyres. Still waiting after one hour, yes one whole hour. Making a Section 75 claim to get my money back via Visa card seems to be the only option. Wish I'd used a reliable supplier. What a truely dreadful service.

I used the mobile fitting service, which turned out to be a fast and efficient way of getting a new tyre. The fitter (Kamil) actually pulled out all the stops to get my new tyre fitted ahead of schedule, which I was very grateful for 👍

"Rubbish service"

Rubbish service. Took my money and didnt actually deliver the product. I had to ring around to chase and spent 20 mins on a premium number. Had to buy a similar product ended up more money and now waiting for refund! Will not recommend and certainly won't use again! Waste of space

I am not happy with ractyres.co.uk paid for a tyre that cost me £106.01 and not come to fit it needed it done yesterday evening had to go somewhere else and paid £120 now can l get my cash back from them

"The worst experience ever with these…"

The worst experience ever with these for my car insurance. Passed from pillar to post, no communication. 3 weeks and my car has only just been picked up to be assed for repair. Pregnant single mother to 5 young children and extremely poorly yet no courtesy car given. Absolutely disgusting.

"Rare tyres available."

I needed to replace 1 rare model tyre to match other ones on the vehicle. Sure enough, RAC tyres had 78 in stock and £13 cheaper then competition.
Slot available at local garage to have it fitted within 36 hours, so will be sorted in time before a long journey. Thanks!

Non delivery of tyres on time still waiting after 1week,
Numerous phone calls non answered, and emails still unanswered.
